About this cabin rental

Welcome to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Our 4 bed 3 bath home is 100% private. The living spaces are split into two cabins. The main cabin includes a hot tub, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. The guest cabin boasts a game room and private bedroom + balcony. We are located at the peak of our mountain and the views are truly incredible. High speed internet and TVs are provided throughout.

This space offers a guest house in addition to the main living area. It's spacious and comfortable for the whole family. In addition to the foosball and pool table found in the game room, our home is stocked with plenty of board games, cards, and other activities to play after a day of exploring the surrounding area.

The view was perfect. We spent most of our time on the porch looking over the mountains. There was plenty of cookware to accommodate. However, the property could have been cleaner. There were lots of dust bunnies/cobwebs in the window seals. Coffee table had crumbs/dust on it. Coffee pot had two layers of used coffee grounds/filters in it. There were no laundry pods in the container marked for this so we had to purchase them. Only two towels and wash cloths per bathroom for 8 adults. The upstairs beds in the main cabin were hard and were sinking in the middle of the mattress. The upstairs bedroom to the left has someone else’s clothes (socks and boxers) left behind the trunk in the closet. There were boxes left in the fire pit and a broken wine glass beside the pit. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but management should consider some upgraded mattresses and a more efficient cleaning company.

First of all, Mark was an incredible host! When we arrived we were stunned by the beautiful view. Breathtaking! The home was perfect with two structures for people. The pool table and game room was so much fun. Plus, it provided a bedroom for guests. Rocking chairs, on the breezeway, provided a beautiful place to end the day. A perfect place for a week getaway. Thank you, Mark. We will be back!

Our family loved these cabins and the multiple porches! Everyone had their own space but could still come together for dinners and family game time. Both the main cabin and guest were very clean and beds were comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again!

We arrived on Friday May 24, 2024 to a filthy cabin (old crunchy dead bugs on the floor and window seals, tons of dust just not well maintained. The Foosball table listed is actually broken, so don't expect to play. In the structure of the game room, if you walk to hard it sways and rocks the entire structure, it is not safe for 2 people to be in, so definitely not 10! (Turns out the structure is being held up by 4 very leaning peices of wood). The television in the bedroom linked to the game room has broke HTMI connections and we could not hook anything to it. So we thought we would just watch tv instead, turns out the wifi password given is not correct! I tried to text the owners Saturday to discuss the password and such and never recieved a call, text, or email back. There is a missing electrical cover missing in the game room and very concerning, as well as exposed wiring head high on one of the porches. One set of outside stairs has no railing on either side. I could have skipped this review but I feel it is necessary to help others save thier money. Why did I pay a cleaning fee when it wasnt even clean when I arrived? If they would have aleast communicated with me Saturday when I reached out then I would have a better out look. $1200 down the drain for a unsafe and dirty environment.
