Located at 3000 ft elevation in the foothills north of Phoenix, the air is cooler and cleaner than in the city. Cave Creek and Carefree are adjacent towns minutes away, sharing a unique natural environment but contrasting personalities. The location is also ideal for day trips south to Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix or north to Sedona, Prescott, Jerome, and Flagstaff, and for golfers there are 15 courses within 15 miles.
As you enter the main house, you're greeted by spacious interiors adorned with contemporary furnishings and tasteful southwestern accents. The open-concept living area invites relaxation with plush seating and panoramic views of the surrounding desert scenery. The master bedroom features a California king bed, shower, spa tub, and walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms have queen beds and connected private bathrooms with his/her sinks and showers.
Whip up culinary delights in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with a large copper-clad island, 6-burner gas range, double convection ovens, state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for cooking and entertaining.
Step outside onto the expansive patio, where your private paradise awaits. The house backs up to the beautiful Tonto National Forest which is home to the unique wildlife of the Sonoran Desert. It is not unusual to see deer, javalena, coyotes, roadrunners, and bobcats near or on the property.
