* We recently expanded the third bedroom and added 15 foot wide windows upstairs for Panoramic ocean views!
* Safe and convenient downstairs bedroom and bath for elderly and mobility limited guests.
* Kept very clean/sterile with owner oversight.
* Best Mission Beach location - walk to everything: 20 steps to ocean sand, 100 yds to bay and Catamaran hotel, 100 yds to top restaurants, beach rentals, etc. Quicker access to freeways than other locations.
* Great San Diego location - central and easy access to everything of interest: Downtown, SD Bay, Old Town, Zoo, Sea World, La Jolla, Del Mar & its race track, North County, Mexico, etc.
* Amazing ocean, sand, sunset, and boardwalk views from your master bedroom, balcony, patio deck, breakfast foyer and/or living room! Panoramic views from master and patio.
* Very short walk to everything - the beach, the bay, the best restaurants, nightlife and shopping in Mission and Pacific beach, and Catamaran hotel, Pacific Beach & Mission Beach nightlife and activities., unlike other Mission Beach locations.
* All kinds of beach and water sports rentals nearby
* Short drive to SeaWorld, the Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, etc
* Nicely renovated unit with new wood laminate floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets, sink, stainless steel high end appliances, can lighting, etc. All new bathroom upstairs, new windows, doors, etc.
* 3 bedroom / 2 full bath, 2 new Queen beds, double size futon bed, and 2 almost new fold out sleeper couches. Sleeps up to 12 in beds/couches. Recommend fewer if all adults, but it's doable.
* Hilton hotel quality bed mattresses, and gel memory foam mattresses on the sleeper couches for extra comfort.
* Air conditioning throughout - uncommon amenity at the beach
* Ocean view patio deck on a walk street next to multi-million dollar homes
* Includes Hot Tub, and brand new patio furniture and BBQ grill for your use.
* Deck is large and divided into two parts, each with their own furnishings. - one half for your use.
* Off-street parking for two cars plus street parking available
* Ground level unit - safe for children
* Cross NO streets to get to beach
* So close to ocean you can hear it all the time (unless you close the windows) and fall to sleep by it at night.
