One of the only beaches to have a snack bar and on-site rentals of kayaks, SUP boards, and catamarans. Our 1100 sq ft condo features two bedrooms, including a master with a king bed, master bathroom and coffee bar, and a second bedroom with twin beds and another new bathroom, washer dryer, accommodating up to four guests.

The location can’t be beat, and the house was clean and bright. A good house for the price. However, there were several nuisances: the master bedroom door didn’t shut, the TV was unresponsive, a doorknob kept falling off of the laundry closet, the towel rack kept falling off the wall, the furniture was flimsy and not all the drawers opened, and there were not nearly enough spoons/forks/dishes. Also, one bedroom was not air conditioned.

We enjoyed our time at this property and you can’t beat the location with easy access to both Chatham and Harwich, Orleans too! The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive and helpful when we ran into two small hiccups upon check-in. One thing to be mindful of is that the double bed room runs hot! With the way the AC units are positioned there is a lack of airflow to that room. It consistently felt 7-10 degrees warmer than the other parts of the house, even with the fan on. The fan that is in the room didn’t really do much – it would be great to get a window unit for this room so it’s consistent across the whole house OR a more efficient fan would probably help, too! Knowing that this is a newer property we noticed a few things throughout our week that would help with overall guest comfort – coming from experienced renter backgrounds. Here’s a few suggestions to consider: there is no full length mirror anywhere which is pretty common and always helpful/useful, the fixtures in the bathrooms need to be tightened as they were unable to hold a single towel/hanging bathing suit (nothing heavy, bare minimum for weight) without falling multiple times. In the kitchen, while it is stocked, it would have been great to have had an extra set of utensils as we found ourselves (3 people total) running out of silverware while prepping a basic meal. Great condo! The space was perfect for our stay...You can't beat the location...We enjoyed our morning walks to Ridgevale Beach,easy access to the bike path, and close proximity to Chatham. We Hope to be back!! Thank You Pauline
