Welcome to Canyon Lake! Boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, kayaking, tubing, outdoor concerts, wine tours and tastings, hiking, biking River Rd., golfing--and a beautiful, spacious house to accommodate 15 people, 8 vehicles, and a huge boat. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, triple-car garage, huge boat garage, huge driveway, plus gravel parking area. Only 1.7 mi. from Boat Ramp 6 (currently closed due to water levels); only 13.2 mi. from Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe, all in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Please note that this is a lake view house, not a lake access house.

Just imagine the fun-filled vacation you can have with up to 14 of your favorite people. An epic family reunion, a high school reunion, a college or sorority reunion. Or a quiet getaway with just a few family members or friends. Head out for all the lake and river activities you can handle! Come back to the house for an outdoor barbeque or indoor feast: both gas and charcoal grills, full-size kitchen and kitchenette. Eat outside on metal table and chairs, wooden bench, and wooden pews. Eat inside at dining table, bar tables, and kitchen bar. Ready for more fun? Outside there's cornhole, pitching washers, and hook and ring in our huge, fenced back and side yards. Inside there's shuffleboard, foosball, card table, and games in our big game room. Not up for any more activities? Recline in the huge western-themed family room with vintage furniture, western art, and iron chandelier. As the sun starts to settle, grab a drink and head out to the decks. Watch the moonlight as it begins to dance off the surface of the lake. In the distance, look for Canyon Lake Dam as it lights up for the evening. Take it all in outside, or inside from full-length windows. For a truly peaceful ending, gather by the fire pit and re-count the day's adventures.

When it's time to retire, you'll have a choice on how to spend the waning moments as you drift off to sleep. There are a total of 3 king-size beds, a queen-size Murphy bed, 2 double beds, and a double down/single up bunkbed.

Live or re-live your mid-century dreams in our pink Cadillac bedroom with vintage lamps and furniture. Escape to the red boudoir master suite with crystal lamps, furry stools, and vintage prints. Fall into bed in our longhorn cowboy bedroom. Dream of your next big catch in our fishing bedroom with the wall-length lakeview mural. Or pull down the queen-size Murphy bed in our kitchenette for morning coffee and a private breakfast.

Note: The house is very close to the lake, and the views make you want to reach out and grab it. There is no access directly from the house to the lake. The closest place for a swim without a boat is Comal Park, 7.4 miles away. The closest place to dock a boat is Cranes Mill Marina, 5.1 miles away.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 15 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No smoking. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video cameras. Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation. Our family group of 15 enjoyed the home and relaxing outside. The outside was shady and had lots of seating and beautiful views.

This house was perfect to host our family of 15! Plenty of room for us to gather and eat together. The views from the back porch are beautiful. The lake was very low so it was a 30 min drive to the only boat ramp open. Overall such a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time at our rental! It was accommodating and spread out enough to where we were not on top of everyone! I would totally recommend this property if you have a big crowd with you like we did, just be curiosity of the neighbors and watch out for deer and foxes because they are everywhere. Of course that is one the reasons why we like Canyon Lake....the view of the lake and all the wildlife that is there.

We had a Blast Staying here. House was perfect for our Large group of 12 and 1 child. Everyone had their own space so we where not on top of each other. House was well stocked and plenty of fun games throughout. One of the best! Boat ramp was not far. Definitely would rent again! Highly recommended. Thanks for sharing your wonderful Canyon Lake house. Oh and the views of lake was one of my Favorite!

Lovely home, homeowners were super nice! Gave us a tour of the house when we arrived, showed us where everything was, let us know where the nearest boat ramps were, etc. overall recommend! Ps. Amazing view of the lake!

This property was outstanding. There were plenty of beds for all, kitchen fully stocked with every cooking utensil you could possibly need. The host made check in so pleasant and arrived at 4 to orientate us with everything in the house (very helpful). There was plenty of parking for everyone, even for a boat and Ranger. In the past we have found the parking at some places was a problem because they only allow 3 or 4 vehicles, this was definitely not the case here. Everyone enjoyed the abundance of deer and going out in the front yard to feed every morning. We even had a peacock one morning. I must also point out the house had 3 air conditioning units so keeping the house cool wasn’t a problem at all. Lastly, the view was spectacular!

The size of house perfectly accommodated the large group that we had! Plenty of sleeping space for 14 adults and a lot of room for just hanging out, never once felt crowded. Karen was exceptionally sweet and accommodating, very responsive and overall had the house fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Everyone LOVED the pink Cadillac room by far! All of the guests noted that their beds were very comfy, which is sometimes hard to find. The deer were uncomfortably comfortable with people, but we enjoyed feeding them. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

This house is great! The property is lovely. Plenty to do inside and outside. Our group of 13 adults really enjoyed our stay at the lake. We weren’t ready to leave! Karen was very easy to reach and met us at the house to be sure we knew where everything was. We just left this morning and everyone has already said we would love to rent again in the future. Thanks again, Karen!

This property was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was well equipped. Karen was easy to work with and communicate with. Plenty of room to spread out or gather for meals and games. Loved our view of Canyon Lake and the beautiful sunrises.

This house exceeded our expectations. The views and decks were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were top quality. The multiple bathrooms provided privacy for all guests. Plenty of games and televisions for all to enjoy. Big bonus for us was we were able to bring our fur babies. The yard was fenced so they could go outside to play and be safe. Karen was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Best property we ever rented.
