Spacious Villa with breathtaking sunrise and lake views in a quiet 55+ community!

This villa is almost 1500 sq ft with 2 bed, 2 bath +Den with a coastal theme. The screened lanai overlooks a lake and has an amazing sunrise view!

Heritage Cove is a 55 or over GATED, HOA community located in south Fort Myers. Please note at least one tenant must be 55+ years old to rent in this community.

The community is located close to shopping, restaurants, and convenient to the beaches of Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. Heritage consists of condominiums, villas and single family homes. The villa is an attached villa in Heritage Cove.

The clubhouse offers a variety of activities, clubs and social events. The clubhouse also has a pool and jacuzzi that overlooks a magnificent lake. HC also offers Bocce Ball, shuffleboard and tennis courts and fishing from the pier that overlooks the lake. Walking sidewalks/path around lake and condos. HC is a dog friendly community.

We are remodeling the interior to a coastal theme…with the living room, kitchen and den completed. Fully equipped kitchen with a separate eating area, but there is also a table and chairs on the lanai for a great eating option. The living room and kitchen area offer an open concept. The master bedroom has a king bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds and a large closet. The guest bathroom has a tub shower. The second bedroom and bathroom has a pocket door to the main area for additional privacy. A sleeper sofa is available in the den area. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The villa is fully furnished and we provide all the linens and towels. Utilities included.

The fullly equipped kitchen and kitchentte overlook the bar area, living room and den area as well as the lanai for views of the beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The living room consists of extra long couch, chair, large TV and games - chess, checkers, cards, Uno and several books. The den has a sleeper sofa and desk.

WIFI included. Cable TV in the Living Room and Master Bedroom with a smart TV in guest room. Streaming available in the living, master, and guest bedroom. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag and small cooler are available Parking is available in the garage (1 car as we have our car parked on the other side).

Check-in with a convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! Additional information will be provided prior to arrival.

Please see below for additional booking requirements:
* 90 day minimum stay per HOA. Single family use. Children and guests are welcome to visit for less than 14 days per HOA.
* There is a $100 Amenity fee to the community. This will include a code and/or sticker for gate use to access the community and full use of the amenities

* 1 Dog allowed (less than 50 lbs.). A $250 pet fee is part of the deposit.
