Welcome to The Nest: A modern, cozy cabin in the heart of Hocking Hills, that boasts breathtaking views from the hillside!

The Nest cabin sits on 10 acres of picturesque, private, tree-filled land where you’ll be able to unwind and make lasting memories! The Nest’s location is ideal for exploring the area:

-Airplane Rock: 4.8 mi
-Conkle’s Hollow: 6.4 mi
-Old Man's Cave: 7.3 mi
-Cedar Falls, The Inn & Spa, Kindred Spirits Restaurant: 7.7 mi

The Nest allows guests to experience a private, tranquil getaway. Drive down a wooded, gravel road, and up to the serene property. Arrive to the welcoming front porch, where you will soon be enjoying your coffee while listening to nature’s sounds. When walking into the cabin, you'll be invited inside by the cabin’s cozy interior, vaulted ceilings, and windows overlooking the vast forest. The Nest sleeps 2 guests with a private bedroom, bath, kitchen, and living space. Don’t forget the double-sided fireplace!:
-One king master with en-suite bathroom

Additional spaces + amenities for you to enjoy at The Nest:
-A beautiful kitchen stocked with cooking and dinnerware, basic spices + oil, a Keurig coffee maker as well as a 12-cup coffee maker (liners provided).
-A dedicated dining space with seating for 2.
-A gas-burning fireplace and TV in the living room. Dish TV is provided.
-A full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry area off the bathroom.
-A hot tub and propane grill (utensils provided) on the beautiful back deck overlooking the tree-filled property or while stargazing in the evening.
-A fire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying each other's company. Please note that firewood is not provided, but there are many places to purchase bundles nearby!
-Board games, cards, and puzzles.
-Toiletries (including body soap and hand soap).
-Cozy bedding and towels provided.
-Private parking.

Additional Information:
The Nest cabin offers a private getaway, on 10-acres of picturesque hillside. The property and main driveway is shared with 2 cabins, each privately tucked away, offering a private experience for all guests.

- There is no WiFi, but, because of the cabin's location on top of the hill, along with a cell phone booster in the cabin, we have very reliable cell phone and data streaming from our Verizon and T-Mobile cell phones.
- The indoor gas fireplace is not available for use during warmer months, but we invite you to use the outdoor fire ring (BYO firewood).
- The hot tub is open ALL year!!
- The cabin is on a septic system which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. In addition, the cabin has a well water with a softener system making it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in, however, some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay.

Very nice cabin in an area around others, but yet, secluded. We enjoyed the hot tub and even saw some deer in the back area. Bed was comfortable and was nice after a long day of hiking. Both lighters wouldn't light so we had to buy a lighter to start a fire, but otherwise everything was sufficient for our needs. Only suggestion I would have is to provide some firewood. Thankfully we found there were some homes within a 10-minute drive that had firewood for sale.

We had such a pleasant time at the cabin. We could cook all our meals in a well-stocked kitchen (which has all the pans and utensils you need). The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after hiking, and we even made a fire and watched the stars! It is a great little cabin, perfect for me and my partner

This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I. The cabin was very clean, and decorated so nicely, we agreed it was customized just for us! After a day of hiking and an evening paddleboating on the lake, we wete grateful for the hot tub to relax our tired muscles and the comfortable bed to give us a solid nights rest. We didn't utilize the cute fire pit area during out short stay, but it was great to have that option. The location is a short (20 min) drive from the conveniences of gas, groceries & other conveniences but the cabin was private and serene! I especially enjoyed watching the birds and deer in the early morning off the back porch with my coffee. We would definitely stay here again!
