A newly installed elevator (2023) will swiftly take you to the top floor in seconds. For added security and convenience, both the apartment door and building door are equipped with keypads. However, between 10 pm and 8 am, guests will need to use a key fob to enter the building. Please be aware that a $100 fee will be charged by the building owner for any lost fobs.
