The Space:
This charming property boasts an open-concept living area that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining space, all with sweeping ocean views of the Monterey Bay. Short-term Rental Permit #231344.
Step out onto the expansive front deck to soak in the coastal ambiance and watch the surfers, check the waves, and enjoy the view. Rinse off after your surf and beach adventures in the outdoor shower. Have a BBQ in the back patio area. Store your surfboards, bikes , and beach gear in the roomy garage. This home is ideally situated within walking distance to local surf shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the sea, whether you're catching waves or just relaxing by the water.
This home has three bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There are two full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one attached to the primary bedroom) , a large ocean view deck for relaxing and taking it all in, and a nice bbq area out back.
Pleasure Point, a storied area in Santa Cruz, California, holds a special place in the history of surfing. This vibrant surf spot has been a favored destination for surf enthusiasts for decades, known for its consistent waves and laid-back surf culture. Over the years, Pleasure Point has developed a reputation for its excellent right-hand point breaks, attracting surfers of all skill levels. Pleasure Point is not just a place for experienced surfers; its varied breaks make it suitable for beginners and intermediates as well.

It’s located one mile (about a 20 minute stroll) to Capitola Village , and about 15 minutes drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
Please note: The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety and the driveway has an arbor above it, with a 9’ 8” clearance. If you have one of these height-restricted vehicles, such as tall trucks, rooftop bike racks, or sprinter vans, you will need to park it on 38th Avenue.
