It features a main home with a converted garage/game room and a separate one-bedroom apartment above another two-car garage. Located near downtown Fort Bragg yet secluded within its gates, this property offers the perfect blend of convenience and privacy.
Step outside to discover a basketball court, a huge yard with a kids' play structure, and lush greenery surrounding the property. Follow a winding path to a serene spot with a water feature/koi pond. There is a hot tub where you can experience ultimate relaxation and a firepit for roasting smores. Listen to the birds chirping and the waves crashing from the nearby ocean, creating a tranquil ambience that is truly special.
The main home boasts hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan includes a living room, large kitchen, and dining room, perfect for gathering with your crew. Plus, the pool table will provide hours of entertainment. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, a laundry room, and luxurious bathrooms. The primary suite is a true oasis with a balcony facing the morning sun, a wet bar, a spa tub, and a double granite shower.
The adjacent one-bedroom apartment is well-appointed with a spacious bathroom and generous kitchen and living space. Kids and adults alike will enjoy spending time in the game room, which features a Ping-Pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, and treadmill. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this estate has everything you need for a memorable stay.
And as a final special touch, there are 15 prints of the artwork of talented Eureka artist Noelle Cox featured throughout this home!
Things to Know
This property is managed by Vacasa LLC.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
Security camera details: Two surveillance cameras on exterior facing driveway and not in any areas of privacy.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
