Spacious open living room with gas fireplace and TV with Roku ready for streaming. Brand new pull out sectional couch.
Patio/ Balcony with relaxing nature and mountain views, ready to relax and grill.
Dining room and bar; table seats 4 and bar seats 2.
Fully Equipped Kitchen Electric oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, Keurig, and hot water kettle. Full sets of dishes, pots, pans and kid's plates and cups.
Main Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, tub/shower and walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet.
Second Bathroom across from the second bedroom with shower.
Both bedrooms feature brand new luxury mattresses and linens.
One car garage for your vehicle and outdoor gear. Fits a regular sized SUV.
Our luxury condo community is peaceful, clean and quiet with a hot tub year-round and pool in the summer, playgrounds for the kids and nature all around. We have direct access to the Eagle River for recreation and fishing.
Brand new West Elm Sleeper Sectional for another comfy sleeping spot.
Our family has a history with New Orleans, so we call our place "Mount NOLA" and have decorated with some of our favorite New Orlean's inspired art.
