Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It's a beautiful home with a gorgeous view but the home needs work for sure. 2 of the couches were broken and light bulbs were burnt out. Also this place was very dirty. We had to wash every dish before we could even use it. Every blanket stunk so we also had to wash those before use. The hot tub was dirty and not filled all the way. There was remotes missing for the tvs as well. There was hair in the microwave too. It's a shame because it's a beautiful home it just needs a lot of tlc and some love.

We had a great stay - overall cleanliness could be improved especially floors and around the hot tub. Location and view is amazing and great parking. Kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer is a great bonus

We had a relaxing stay at Amazing Overlook. We enjoyed the views from the deck, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing ping pong and foosball.

Nice condo with a great view. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 6. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned properly and the hot tub was not filled up the whole way so we were unable to enjoy it. We were told a service person was coming to fix it multiple times but they didn't show up until 1 hour before check out.
