NEWLY ADDED- Enjoy this unique private compound as the perfect getaway destination with the whole family! The compound offers 3 cozy lake front living spaces on 1 acre of lakefront property on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR. One option being a very unique converted bus that sleeps 3, second option being a cozy cabin with a 50ft fishing deck off of the front porch sleeping 5 guest and last but not least our newly added trailer with a fenced in yard, sleeping 5 guests! This place is perfect for people who love fishing and/or swimming! It is also perfect for all the outdoor cooking and entertainment!

The three homes are situated in a large gated driveway that offers plenty of parking. There are several grassy areas for playing and lounging as well direct lake front access. All of the homes are equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. This private oasis is perfect for a family or group retreat in a great main channel location, and also close to many amenities.

This property is perfect for family reunions or small gatherings.

The houses are exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following:

- Newly added to be rented together for large families!
- Wi-Fi
- Central Heat and Air
- Free Parking
- Free use of kayaks, paddle boat and life jackets
- 3 grills total on the compound
- Self check-in and check-out
- Plenty of outdoor seating
- 1-3 dogs allowed MAX with a pet fee. Up to 50 pounds only. Although the compound is gated and we are assured your dog(s) are safe there is also a fenced in area as well.
-The trailer and cabin have central heat and air. The bus has a window AC unit, but cools great!
-Must be 25+ to book
-Each home must have at least 1 adult 25+ present. 3 adults in your party are required in your party.

As this is a lake front property in Arkansas we do recommend that you be sure to pack your bug spray and sunscreen!

Nice little hideaway close to town

This property has everything you could ever want in a vacation location. From the glamping of the bayou bus and cabin, to the privacy in the main house, to the multiple sitting and hanging out areas, fire pit, and gazebos, to the available kayaks and paddle boats. This was the perfect relaxing getaway location for our group. Host was extremely responsive and extremely friendly., have already recommended this location for several of our friends. Can't wait to book next year!

This property was great for a large group like ours. We are always concerned about having enough bathrooms and places to sleep so it was perfect!

Three separate units give each family their space. There has been a lot of thought put into making this property pet friendly and it succeeds. Pros- with a couple of bunk bed options and futons/sofa beds there are plenty of beds. Lots of extra throws or blankets and pillows also. A canoe, and a couple of kayaks plus a peddle boat and access to the cove- maybe 1/2 mile or so from lake Hamilton, or Dominoes which you can paddle right to. The property is very nicely shaded and has several outdoor seating options. Gate keeps everyone and your pets secure from other dogs roaming the street. There are also fire pits. We didn’t use them but there were sticks and wood provided also. Cons- some of the sheets had pilling, window unit in bus had a mildew smell, although we had everything we needed, it is spread out in multiple units (for example- the only baking sheet was in the cabin, the grill tongs were in the bus).
