Enjoy a dream beach vacation when you book Choctaw Breeze. This newly built home has 3 floors that you can access by stairs or elevator and comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. This stunning home is steps away from beach access 16. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for large families, groups of friends, and more to enjoy.

The first floor of Choctaw Breeze features a king bedroom with a connecting bathroom. The spacious living area features comfortable sofas and chairs and a 75-inch smart TV, making it perfect for unwinding between trips to the beach. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home and features a stunning marble island with barstools. The dining area includes an elegant glass table that seats 6 making it a prime location for socializing over shared meals while recounting stories of the day.

On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed, TV, walk-out balcony, and a connecting master bath with a large glass walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms feature king beds, flat-screen TVs and share a bathroom. There is a laundry room located on this floor for guests to wash saltwater from their bathing suits.

Upon entering the third floor, either by staircase or elevator, you are greeted by a second living room with a TV, wet bar, wine chiller, and additional seating. The bedroom on this floor offers two double bunk beds, with a seating area and TV. The real gem of this vacation home is the wrap-around balcony with ample seating which provides breathtaking Gulf views.

In addition to all these amenities, Choctaw Breeze features a private, heated pool for cooling off on hot summer days. This home is conveniently located close to popular local favorites from restaurants to shopping and more.

So much room for the 16 of us. We loved how open and new it was. Loved having the private pool. The third floor was amazing for our teens and for us to hang out on the balcony at night, talking and playing games. Perfect view of the ocean. Less than a 5 minute walk right out our door. Loved the no stair entrance and the elevator was great to have.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is bigger than imagined, the location is excellent and everything worked the way it is supposed to. The beach entrance is right out the front door and the terrace overlooks the water. Poll was great, especially for kids. The outside entrance is nice, you can walk in from the beach and rinse off.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn’t have a grilll and as it says in the paper work didn’t have to clean but I got charged 200 dollars. For chips left in the floor and trash left behind and the comforter stained that could easily been brought out with bleach. The lady I talked to was rude.I want stay here again. But I would recommend a friend but I will let them know that it says it the papers don’t have to clean when you checkout, but better or you will get charged. I loved the area and how close it was to the beach

No internet or tv for 4 days out of the 5. Every day call and the same answer; Sorry to hear that, we will get maintenance on it, we did not know. The TVs were streaming internet which didn’t work and maintenance couldn’t fix it said it had to be a call to the owner. My granddaughter was disappointed on the rainy days. For something new and listed to sell, it need work, stuck in the elevator, because it needed a wheel on the safety gate. Bathroom toilet dispenser fall off, not tightened down. 3rd floor balcony safety wires, one broken and had to order parts. Bunk room door had to stay open because inside handle falls off. One day maintenance came through unannounced in the back patio and went over to the attached homes pool, back and forth. Maintenance placed trash out, didn’t know we had to round up the cans the next evening and put away.
