Guests will enjoy access to every space indoors and outdoor with the exception of any locked spaces.
PLEASE READ: You are booking the entire property, which is divided into three separate units. The main unit faces Keuka Lake and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrances to the other two units are located on the side of the house; each of these units has one bedroom and one bathroom. Although the units are separate, they are easily accessible to each other.
It is best to have your own mode of transportation in this area. Uber is available, but times of operation may vary.

Your journey begins with a smooth check-in! The code to enter your cozy retreat will be sent in the check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival. Remember to press the check mark button on the keypad after entering the code.
🔐 Check-Out Made Simple:
As you prepare to leave, please lock any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock for home security. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle to help our cleaners prepare for the next guest.
❄️ Check Thermostats and AC Units:
For summer stays, set the AC to 68 degrees before leaving. For winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. A quick check of these settings helps maintain comfort for future guests.
⏰ Late Check-Outs & Cleaning Harmony:
Enjoy a late check-out until 11 AM at no extra charge if it fits with the cleaners' schedule. Anything beyond 11 AM is available at half the rate of the next night. Your cooperation helps ensure a fresh start for every guest.

Cameras are located on the exterior of the home by the front door. To maintain a peaceful environment, please avoid hosting parties or events. We kindly ask that you do not move or rearrange the furniture. We appreciate your understanding!
