Whether you’re enjoying panoramic views of Lake Superior from your window or visiting local shops, our charming piece of history offers an unforgettable package.

A short one block walk from the apartment and you will find yourself on the Lakewalk, an 8 mile long paved trail stretching from Brighton Beach through Bayfront Festival Park and into the Lincoln Park Craft District. Close to Essentia Health and St. Luke’s hospital, Bentlyville (in the winter), Bayfront Festival Park, the DECC and Amsoil Arena. Just open your door for a FRONT ROW VIEW to Grandmas Marathon race course in June.

*Park your car in the complimentary off street parking spot and you’ll be able to walk to all of Duluth’s main attractions.

*Main living space:
As you enter this studio style apartment, guests will descend a flight of stairs which will lead to the lower level of the building overlooking Lake Superior. This space includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and sleeping quarters all on one level.

For your entertainment needs a 55” LG TV is available equipped with local channels and streaming capabilities.

*Outdoor covered, expansive private deck with beautiful views of Lake Superior. The best deck in town, it will make you feel like you are on top of the water! Between the calming sounds of the waves crashing in and action on the lakewalk below, you’ll have a hard time leaving the patio area.

*Off street parking available for one vehicle

*Exceptionally convenient location to the paved Lakewalk, Malt Shop, Fitgers dining/shopping complex, Essentia Health hospital and local nightlife.

*6 great local restaurants located within 2 blocks. Sir Ben’s-live music, sandwiches and great beer selections, Va Bene-Modern Italian Cuisine, Mexico Lindo, Fitgers Brewhouse Brewery and Grille try a Big Boat, The Boat Club fine dining, and Pickwick Restaurant and Pub.

The owners are available via text/phone from 8 AM to 10 PM for questions or concerns. Contact information will be provided at the time of your booking. Check in information will be provided at least one day prior to your arrival through email or the booking platform. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Opportunity for early check in/late check, based upon availability, may be possible out for an additional fee. Please contact owners for availability.

The place was easy to access, very clean, and close to a ton of different places to visit or eat/drink. The hosts even provided some drinks and granola bars which was a great touch. The private deck and view of the lake was absolutely amazing. Would absolutely recommend staying and will more than likely be back at some point.

This rental was in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Superior and within walking distance of a lot of the places we wanted to go. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Jason was very responsive to questions that we had. Definitely would stay here again!

It's a beautiful place with the best view in Duluth for sure. Panoramic views of Lake Superior, the canal, the path for bikers and walkers. The place is clean, decorated well, comfortable with a full kitchen. I highly recommend staying there and eating at VaBenne next door. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, views and most of all despite all that, it is very peaceful and private. Thank you for this lovely stay!

This is a spacious, well laid out apartment. The amenities are great. Loved the back bedroom. Spacious deck over looking Lake Superior. We stayed during the 4th of July and saw three cities fireworks from the deck. At night you are treated to a beautiful view of Canal Park. You can jump on the Lakewalk and easily go to Leif Erickson Park or to Canal Park. Fitger, Pickwick, St. Benedicts and Va Bene restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk. Definately recommend!

Extra large studio ++... with a cozy bedroom as bonus! The building/area has great history and the whole package has a vibe that's really nice. The apartment is well laid out, nicely furnished, and has a lot of space for guests -- especially with the deck overlooking the lake and lakewalk. We walked to great destinations for meals and recreation. Fantastic lake view, fun location. We did not miss Canal Park.
