You have access to the entire home. The boardwalk down to the beach is adjacent to the house. This is a public boardwalk.

* This home will allow ONE dog but breed and weight must be approved prior to booking. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175. You will be charged extra if damaged and/or excessive droppings are found. The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.

* Please note that we only provide a starter pack of essentials (laundry pod, dish pod, paper towels, toilet paper) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

* Age restrictions: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

* Beach towels are not included, please remember to pack your own.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
