About this apartment rental

Walk just1.5 blocks to the boardwalk on 28th Street in Virginia Beach. We are on the north end of the beach which is known for being a little quieter and more family oriented. Our condo is on the second floor right next to the open stairwell. There are just 42 units in this complex, so it’s not overly crowded and there are quiet hours between 10pm-8am. The condo complex has a pool (open Memorial Day to the end of September) and is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Be sure to check out one of the stages on the boardwalk (31st and 24th St) for free concerts all summer long. Just across the street, there is a very nice grocery store (Harris Teeter), that has lots of pre-made meal options in addition to all your grocery essentials.

Enjoy this freshly painted condo with a brand new sleeper sofa, a few new rugs and some beach inspired décor. We upgraded much of the kitchenware in addition to all new sheets, towels and blankets. There is complimentary parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking passes provided), an elevator and luggage carts available. The condo’s kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Keep your groceries fresh and accessible in our handy rolling cart, equipped with with airtight storage containers. We keep the Keurig stocked with a few organic coffee options as well as sugar, stevia, honey and creamer. Not a coffee drinker? We have you covered with a well rounded selection tea to choose from.

The condo is fully stocked with linens, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath/hand towels and washcloths. We provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and Clorox wipes. In the primary bedroom you will find a queen size bed, a sound machine and and air purifier. There is a washer and dryer stocked with Tide Pods (Free & Gentle) and dryer sheets (Free+ Clear). We provide an Iron and Ironing board, just in case you're planning a nice dinner at one of the fine dining options in town. In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds, a sound machine and a pack n' play. We have all new sheets, quilts and blankets for each bed. We also keep a beach umbrella, 4 backpack beach chairs and a beach wagon at the condo, you don't want to have to pack all that! You'll have access to high speed internet (Wi-Fi) with Roku streaming sticks on both TVs. There is also a selection of books, games and puzzles. If you want to have everything you need at your fingertips so you can prioritize relaxation and quality time on your vacation, this is your spot!

Very clean property, great location. All the necessities were provided, as well as many extras (Tide, dish soap, kitchen staples, beach cart and chairs, sound machines ...). The only issue we encountered was very noisy neighbors in the condo above us who made it difficult to relax, but the owners did their best to quickly resolve the issue. They were very responsive and helpful.

The property was clean, updated and very well-appointed. There were lots of little extras that made us instantly feel welcome. Keyless entry was a huge bonus and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! Hosts were responsive and kind, and truly thought of everything. The chairs and wagon—game changer! Thank you so much!

Everything was great. Our only concern or thing that we would change would be the master bed. I would recommend a king sized high quality mattress. We did like the couch and its versatility!!! Loved that. The condo was clean and well Equipped. The price was affordable. The location is perfect. The pool was very nice also. I did notice one of the bedside lamps seems to not be working. And also I think there is an issue with the light in the master bath water closet. It would randomly turn off and not work. We would definitely stay again.

Book this property! My husband and I stayed at this property for weekend getaway. The location is ideal being a quick block away from the beach, boardwalk and several restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and the property was super clean and everything was fresh and seemed new. This 2nd floor condo had a keyless entry and has both interior stair and elevator access with enough space to store bikes inside or on the balcony if that’s your preference. There were nice touches everywhere to make your stay more comfortable and new beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon to haul your load to the beach. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

A+ This a wonderful experience definitely worthy of 5 stars. We visited as a family of 5 and were very comfortable. Our host went above and beyond our expectations, especially for having booked the property just the day before. The condo was extremely clean and had all the little things we needed to keep us comfortable, but the host went a step further by having fresh donuts to snack on after our road trip and even a basketball available for my who was there for a basketball tournament. The little things and the personal touches made my family feel welcomed The condo is spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were all good quality and the location is great for moving around VA beach. Grocery store 2 blocks away. Highly recommended, and would definitely love to stay there again.
