The fully equipped kitchen boasts eating room for 10 and features all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils to enjoy your culinary creations, or opt for an alfresco dining experience on the spacious deck.
After a day of outdoor adventures, retreat to the cozy bedrooms where supreme beds and soft, fine linens promise a restful night's sleep. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and feel refreshed and ready to explore the wonders of Holiday Island, from hiking and fishing to golfing and sightseeing. Don't forget about the Sunset Excursion on the 6 seater golf cart up to Appalossa Dr!! (Ask for option and rules) (See Map on QR Code)

The large, partially covered deck is accessible from the main bedroom, which boasts a luxurious king-size bed, double vanity en-suite with large walk-in shower and walk in closet space to stay awhile.
The 2nd bedroom is set up with a cozy wooden king-size bed, smart TV and closet space to get settled in and is next to the guest bathroom and designated work space should you need to get some remote work done on your trip. A bunk room that sleeps 6 completes this space with two bunk beds both housing dreamy queen beds on the bottom and twins on the top. Elevated, wrapped shelving surround the top bunks for device changing and convenience for the top sleepers. Smart TV and closet make this the perfect room for your 6 person slumber party!
Sofa bed in the living area comfortably sleeps another 2 and the linens are inside!
Free full size laundry area available for guest use- we will supply you with a few laundry pods and dryer sheets. We supply you with high quality, allergy/cruelty free shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap- good for you and the environment!
Conveniently located near local attractions such as the Holiday Island Marina, 2 pro golf courses, walking/hiking trails along with the Rec Center that has the Community Pool, Mini Golf, Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts just 3 minute drive on the 6 seater golf cart!
