As you explore this well maintained 5-bedroom home, you'll appreciate the thoughtful layout, especially the separate showers and toilets which are fully accessible with rails throughout , ensuring convenience for you and your group.
The property has a washing machine for your convenience.
The Space:
Our kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with high-quality appliances for a seamless stay, including:
• Smeg induction stovetop for rapid boiling
• Spacious Smeg double-door fridge with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker and an integrated wine/bar section for your favourite beverages
But it doesn't stop there; We know how important it is to have space for all your groceries. Our walk-in pantry has plenty of room, so you can easily store and organise everything. Imagine unpacking your shopping bags and having a spot for each item, keeping your kitchen tidy and your ingredients within easy reach.
Step outside to a well looked after and established garden, with native plants, bright roses, and fruit trees full of oranges, mandarins, and figs, it invites you to enjoy the simple pleasures of nature.
And yes, pets are welcome here, with up to two dogs per stay. Our yard is fully fenced and we’ve got all the doggy essentials covered. Just remember they must be always supervised for their safety and the upkeep of the property.
Inside, the air is filled with possibilities. Free Wi-Fi, books, and board games offer you endless entertainment, while the reverse cycle air conditioning ensures your comfort.

Bedroom Configuration
Bedroom 1: Features a Queen bed with bedside tables and lamps on each side and a spacious wardrobe for ample clothing storage, all complemented by the beautiful natural sunlight that fills the room.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with 2 x single bunks that sleep four, creating a perfect setting for a kids' adventure.
Bedroom 3: Equipped with a comfortable Queen bed, flanked by bedside tables with lamps for cosy evenings. It includes a spacious wardrobe, offering plenty of storage for your belongings.
Bedroom 4: This room has a Queen bed and includes a convenient door leading outdoors, making it the perfect choice for guests staying with pets, allowing easy access for outdoor breaks.
Bedroom 5: Though this room does not have a split system or air conditioning, a standing fan is provided to ensure your comfort and features a Queen bed.
Only a short walk separates you from all the shopping and amenities Victor Harbour has to offer. Imagine parking your car upon arrival and forgetting it exists because everything you need is just a stroll away.
Thanks to the vacant land between, and with a tennis court next door ensuring peace and quiet, you're in the ideal location. You can experience the best of Victor Harbour, embracing both the excitement of the holiday location and the piece of your exclusive retreat, all while enjoying the iconic sound of the Cockle train passing nearby.
You'll have access to the whole house during your stay, except for one cupboard in the hallway and one shed in the backyard, these are reserved for owner use to store supplies. But don't worry, we've left the other shed fully stocked for you with a fire pit and camping chairs, so you can enjoy some great outdoor moments.
As you get ready for your time, remember to pack your beach towels along with the sunscreen, beach towels are one of the few things we don’t provide. Everything else for a comfy and memorable stay is on us. So, pack your bags and leave the rest to us. We can't wait to welcome you!
