This charming accommodation is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups. Step inside to find a warm living area furnished with a double sofa, three armchairs, and a unique smart TV lift that allows the TV to be hidden away when not in use. The open kitchen flows seamlessly from the living room and includes all essentials, from a hob and combi microwave to a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.
On the ground floor, the bathroom provides a spa-like experience with a large bubble bath, a separate shower with refreshing cold water jets, and a private sauna that accommodates three, complete with a foot bath and infusion bucket for a relaxing wellness experience.
Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to two inviting bedrooms. One room features a double bed, while the other is fitted with three single beds, making it suitable for larger groups or families. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, blackout curtains, bedside tables, and plenty of storage for a clutter-free stay.
Outside, you’ll find two spacious gardens, front and back, offering peaceful areas to relax, dine, or play. Both gardens include furnished terraces—one with dining space and the other with reclining chairs and a sofa—ideal for enjoying the outdoors in either sun or shade. Children will love the playhouse, sandbox, and play train, while a small pond adds a touch of nature.
Additional amenities for young children (up to 2 years) include a foldable camping bed (60x120cm), a high chair, and a stair gate. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Two dedicated parking spaces are available, with ample nearby parking for visitors.
