This place is truly amazing for its cost! The front is very friendly & housekeeping insured my room was clean and tidy everyday. There's no sketchy people handing around the premises, and you don't have a bunch of noise from your fellow residence. I would absolutely recommend you reserve your stay at Pacific Gardens.

It’s under construction. People walking around and working on the roof from 8 am to 5pm. It is so noisy and I asked change the room but no comfortable room. I changed room twice and now in 1st floor. Little bit better noise but air conditioner is broken. No comfortable room.

This was a cheap hotel so we didn't expect that much from the stay. It was ok hotel, room was a bit worn out and had strong cleanser smell in the room whitch I didn't care for. We also stayed on a very warm and humid day and the room had no air conditioning. Breakfast was as promised a small selection, no warm items. We felt safe.

The hotel was very convenient to shopping and friends home. Staff was very helpful when the shower head fell off while showering, when I asked for a replacement pillow for a really greasy smelling pillow. The room smelled of smoke/musty. The carpeting is very old and stained. They need to remain the carpeting and replace with vinyl tile which is easier to keep clean and will help eliminate bad smell issues. I understand they are in the process of renovations. So I would give them another chance next year when I visit the area again.

I booked for three days two nights and by 11am the second day the receptionist banged on my door and demanded we check out. Apparentpy they double booked the room and we had to move due to their mistake. No one ever said why we had to move or apologized. Incredibly inconvenient and angering bc i was getting ready for an event.

I only reserved this hotel because they were supposed to have a shuttle to the airport and then were told they didn’t have a shuttle. I was very disappointed.

For any handicap visitors, I would suggest calling for a ground level room, as there is no elevator, only stairs. There was no facial tissue, and per the staff it was coming in the following week. They could've gone to the store to accommodate the visitors. There were only 2 bath towels when there were 3 of us confirmed for the room, and had to go to the front desk for facial towels as well. Shower pressure was really strong, could knock someone down without having any handicap railings in the shower/tub.

Owner and staffs are courteous and respectful. Property is ok quiet and has access to restaurants. Didn’t like the breakfast because the continental didn’t expect bread only and some fruits. Usually hotels/motels serves continental breakfast with eggs, sausage etc. Free parking is also included.

While an lottle older, it was very clean and comfortable. The desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. It in a very quiet area. While the continental breakfast is rather sparce, that wasn't the reason we chose the hotel. There is a nice breakfast room on the second floor. There is a nice garden area in back with a lawn and chairs. It was convenient to the places we needed to be. We would be more than happy to stay there again when we make a trip down to the area. It doesn't have an elevator, but we were on the first floor so it was not a problem.

Breakfast was very bad, They should not advertise as bed and breakfast. It was pretty basic. Maybe a waffle and bread & sometimes muffins or bananas. The food highly rationed. The room was fairly clean, but the reception area looked like a dumping ground. To the owner - The is great room for making the hotel world class and even charging more.

The Room was not ready for check in. No alternative arrangements or compensation was provided for hours of delay. Upon escalating the matter to Manager, they gave another Room which had wet carpet. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Misleading communication on the continental breakfast cause the website says 8a to 10a but sign on dining reads 7a to 9a ??? I asked Receptionist and she didn't know i asked housekeeping and didn't have NO idea either. The juice machine didn't work and they said its been broken for a while.
