Property Overview: This cozy and tastefully decorated lakefront home boasts three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably. The open-concept living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light and provide stunning views of the glistening Lake Santeetlah and the surrounding lush greenery. The property includes a private dock where you can enjoy direct access to the lake for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking or simply basking in the sun.

The Buffalo lake house opens to an open kitchen/dining/living room with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs as well as a great patio facing the water.

Downstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and 2nd living room equipped with 2 cozy twin beds and a tv area great for kids. The downstairs also opens up to another patio to soak in the tranquil view of the lake.

Embrace the magic of evenings at our Lake House with a wonderful fire pit experience! Nestled just steps away from the lake's edge, the fire pit area is perfect for gathering with your loved ones and creating cherished memories under the starlit sky.

Cooking and Grilling: Our versatile fire pit is equipped with a sturdy cooking grate, transforming it into a rustic outdoor kitchen. Prepare delicious meals as you grill your favorite barbecue delights or roast marshmallows for s'mores, adding an extra touch of flavor to your evenings by the water. Feel the warmth of the crackling fire as you share stories, laughter, and good food with your family and friends. Additionally, you will find a large propane grill on the upper deck for guest use.

Additionally there is ample seating on both the upper and lower decks of the lake house to enjoy the Lake and Mountain views.

Road coming to the lakehouse is all asphault and the parking spots are gravel. There is room for 2 vehicles to the side of the house and two to three vehicles in front of the house (depending on size of vehicles). There is no parking on the road.

You will have access to the entire home, surrounding property, private parking, boat dock and fire pit.

To help maximize your fun and adventure we offer youth and adult stand up paddle boards and kayaks equipped with paddles (both adult and children's equipment) and life jackets in adult and youth sizes.

Life Jacket sizes range from baby to 4X/6X. If you happen to be a special size, please message us and let us know before your arrival.
