Sleeps 8 – 1 x king, 1 x Queen, 2 x single beds and a set of single bunks.

Situated just a short ferry ride from the mainland, you will feel miles away in paradise.

Located up on the hill with amazing beach views, Marlin Lodge is a stylish yet comfortable 3 bedroom home just a short buggy ride or a pretty stair walk down to Tangalooma Resort.

Peaceful and quiet, you can hear the gentle waves at night and friendly birdsong welcomes the mornings.
Marlin Lodge is an upstairs downstair property with a King-sized bedroom, large bathroom upstairs and a Queen bedroom, twin single room and a set of bunks and a bathroom downstairs.

Both spaces have a comfortable lounge room to chill in and there is also a kitchenette downstairs for use too.

The upstairs pantry has basic supplies for your stay, and the kitchen is fully kitted out with a kettle, 4-slice toaster (an oldie but a goodie!), soda-stream, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top, oven, air fryer and electric wok. There is also a BBQ on the generous deck so you can BBQ with the amazing view.

Laundry is internal in the garage with a washing machine and dryer, a laundry tub, and an extra bathroom & toilet for beach rinse offs.

There is a study work area upstairs, Starlink & Wi-Fi.

As guest of Marlin Lodge you will also have access to the Tangalooma Resort restaurants and bar.

There is a small convenience store on the island, with limited items but is it great for the basics.

There is plenty of equipment provided including boogie & sand boards, hand fishing reels, snorkelling gear and beach chairs, all located in the garage cupboard, and for a bit of down time there is a good selection of board games upstairs in the TV cabinet and an Xbox downstairs. Please be respectful as we enjoy using them just as much as you are going to.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home except the boat, buggy & gator.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
