The property was very clean and spacious. The location in Glen Waverley was very convenient. It was very close to M-City and The Glen. DFO and Chadstone are nearby. And it is pretty much central to the entire state. So it is not hard to get to any spot, whether the CBD or Springvale in the opposite direction. The Host keeps the house stocked with every day essentials: hand soaps, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergents, dishwashing liquids/tablets, towels, bathmats, garbage bags… it was nice to not need to go on a Woolies run soon after checking in to go grab essentials as they were already provided. We had one issue during our stay, and the Host was easy to get ahold of, and helped sort out our issue in a very timely manner.

The negatives of the property are the driveway is long and narrow and can be hard navigating if you’re not a seasoned driver. The stairs leading to the second floor are also narrow, so not really accomodating if more than one person requires accessibility to a room. Thankfully, there is one bedroom with an ensuite downstairs. However, as the 3 of us didn’t require accessibility needs, the place was perfect for our stay and needs.
