This home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of common space, a second floor bonus room, work station, and game area. Enter this home and notice the open floor plan. The great room has both a roomy living area and a dining area. The living room has a large wall mounted Smart TV. There is plenty of comfortable furniture for all to gather. The dining table seats 8. The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The laundry is tucked in a closet, in the kitchen, and has a full size washer and dryer. There is a large screened porch with access from both the living and dining areas. The screen porch has a large table for dining and a sitting area. Enjoy an afternoon lemonade or evening cocktail in this space.
There are two bedrooms on the first level, both with private en-suite baths. The primary bedroom has a King bed and Smart TV. In the bathroom there are two separate sink areas, a Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Head upstairs to the additional 3 guest bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and private baths. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and access to the second floor balcony. The private guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The last bedroom has two twin beds and a wall mounted Smart TV. On the second level is the Bonus Room, a perfect spot for the kids! There is a computer work station, Foosball table, pool table and Smart TV.
**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 5 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
This is a NO SMOKING property and no parties or events may be held at the property.
