MIMOSA MORNING - The outdoor living space with this property is furnished with very high quality Dedon furniture including a 10 seat dining table and a Weber Genesis propane BBQ. Beautifully landscaped with lovely tree lined flagstone patio and fire pit area and small gradual rock walk-in to the lake. Approximately 8 feet off the dock for fishing and swimming. 2 slip boathouse with bar fridge, small beer keg set up and deck up top with lovely outdoor furniture and glass railings for an uninterrupted view of the lake.

The stunning , beautifully decorated four season Muskoka room , with 16’ ceilings and stone wood burning fireplace is off the kitchen The wall of windows open to create a screen room and offer a spectacular view of the lake and landscaping

The open living area boasts classic cottage furnishings as well as a life cycle professional Elliptical and a few weights along with a telescope.
The original wing features rich Muskoka cottage style original gorgeous cedar ceilings and walls. The nautical style living room features a beautiful stone wood non-functioning fireplace & flat screen TV the living room leads to a raised private lakefront deck .

This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
