Poor area with drug addicts galore. I felt unsafe & I felt as if my car was going to be vandalized or stolen. The room was poorly kept & the sheets had hairs on them. Although the front desk personnel was friendly, I will not be returning.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No towels, room didn’t lock well so we had to keep our items stacked against the door. We arrived at 2:30 am and the place was hopping. There was definitely some illegal activity going on there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible. If we weren’t so exhausted from evacuating our home due to a fire, we would have left and tried to find something else.

Do not stay here, looks nothing like advertisement on Expedia. As soon as you drive in you want to drive right out. Dirty all around, walked in room & looks like it was just used. I asked for refund for EXPEDIA & they do not want to refund me, really upset as I left hotel as soon as I checked, as my safety comes first. l will no longer be using Expedia as they don't want to do the right thing and refund my money.

We got in at 2:40AM and found the parking lot full of homeless, druggies, and prostitution. The worker barely spoke English and I had to push him to give me a receipt. As we drove to the back watching about 20-30 people in the parking lot staring at us, we were afraid of getting out of the car. We rushed to the room and realized we were in a homeless persons room. It was dirty, molded sheets, cockroaches, holes in floor, walls, ceiling, doors, cracked mirror, no towels to shower, towel rack was on the floor, old milk on the fridge, and the couch looked like it came from the dump. Dirty and nasty is all I can say. We removed all the bedding and found the sheet cover to be the only thing clean and without mold. We slept on top of that and we had brought our own my-pillows. We needed to bolt at 6:00am so it was just to get a quick nap to break up our trip. We could barely sleep and I realized we just blew $85 dollars for a nasty 3 hour nap. I’m shocked the Expedia would list this place to its members. I feel I should be reimbursed for this. My wife agrees, no more just find the lowest price hotels. We should have been warned that this was a homeless encampment, and that most of the rooms were occupied by permanent homeless. We were happy our car was still there in the morning and bolted. My wife returned our key card to the clerk and didn’t say anything to him. But she should have told him that there wasn’t any towels. I fear we will get charged for it. Expedia failed us!!!

Never stayed. Property and the room should be condemned. We asked for a refund and left, then booked a room at a different hotel. Did not feel safe nor wanted to leave our vehicle unattended in the parking lot. Very misleading photos on the website. I am skeptical after handling over my ID And credit card that refund will be processed. Various questionable persons roaming the parking area. Long term guest with flower pots on a/c units, a pitbull dog on the second floor walkway. Trash cans overflowing in the parking area. Room had just been cleaned but was filthy, even had coins on the floor, holes in the walls and curtains. Desk clerk offered us a different room but no thanks.

Extremely filthy room and hallways. The rol Smelled of urine and carpets were not cleaned. Hallways had large spill marks that looked like urine/feces. They denied my service dog and were very rude. They are from India and felt animals are disgusting and made me and my family service fur baby feel unwelcome. I’m not sure who is giving their rating as it not excellent. Very disgusting hotel with unknowledgeable staff.

The room looks nothing like it does in the pictures, there was holes in the wall, in the bed covers, mold in the shower, there were no towels so we had to use our beach towels. I felt very unsafe from the moment I parked to check in because there were a lot of indigenous individuals lurking around my vehicle, every time I would go get something from my car there would be people observing me and watching my every move. I can see that a lot of the individuals staying here look like drug addicts. Its only been about an hour and a half that I checked in and I already know I wont be getting much sleep tonight. I have my children with me and I need to make sure they are safe. I do want to mention that the young man who checked me in was very nice and professional.
