A quite weekend just because.😘😘

This hotel and the rooms were very clean. The staff was nice. The lobby smelled really good. The location was perfect. The only downside is the elevators they didn't always work correctly. They would skip floors, the call button would turn off, etc. Sometimes you waited 10+ minutes for the elevator (there were 2) When housekeeping was using the other one it was worse. I'm not sure why they couldn't use the service elevator. Overall we loved this place!

Taye the Employee was very professional and provided amazing Customer Service.

This Hilton property was a little run down in the rooms. Worn carpet with hair stuck on, broken toilet paper holder, no hand soap. A little symbolic of the declining brand quality. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and courteous.

Outstanding customer service everyone was friendly and kind, I love it I would definitely come back. The, lobby, dining area, rooms conference rooms and garage were all clean, very clean smell, I love the dispensers in the bathroom I love it, and how they were displayed on the walls.

Very simple and clean. Great stay overall

Room was spacious. Elevators were too slow and maintenance used same elevator as customers slowing it even more. Garage was very tight

The parking garage has low ceilings, tight turns, small spaces, inexplicable puddles in places, and costs $35/night. Bring your smallest car. It's 1 block from Trader Joe's, two doors from a terrific Mexican restaurant (Guapos) but the next door building is empty, completely unlighted, and homeless people (can't blame them) hide out in the doorways. Rooms are beautiful, restaurant bright and cheery, has a bar for an evening drink. The rooftop pool closed labor day - despite the fact that DC/MD Septembers are very warm and swimable...

The Bethesdan has become my favorite go to hotel when I come into town to visit. However, this particular stay was completely different. When I checked in I was assigned to a room on the 11th floor. The key didn’t work and I had to go back to the lobby. I was reassigned a room on the 10th floor room 1023. The room was clean as always, but the television wasn’t working properly at all. Half the channels didn’t work and the ones that were working had a fuzzy viewing. I don’t complain much at all, but I informed the staff of the issue. They asked if I wanted another room. I said yes and I was told that they would get back to me and get me another room. I needed comfort because I was in town for bereavement and serious family business. The room never happened. Upon checking out I explained this to them again. They apologized for what happened, but I felt like from a business perspective they should’ve offered something complementary for their mishaps. I was disappointing because I’m the one who didn’t receive everything I in fact paid for. I hope by writing this that something can still happen. I still love ❤️ you guys, but I still should be compensated in some way because that was a very difficult weekend for me. Anyway thanks for hearing me out and I hope they can make this right. We love that it is close to the grocery store and our son’s apartment!

Great hotel. Very comfortable beds. The staff at times was not the friendliest but most of the time they were.

It would have been nice if the hotel put on the booking that parking was not free at 35 per night extra and there is nowhere to park on the street around the hotel over night. Everything was very expensive at the hotel. However, the staff was amazing. Especially the bartender that was there in the night at the bar on the first and second night I was there. He was so sweet, considerate and attentive

The fridge and coffee maker was located in the bathroom. I thought that was strange

The Bethesdan Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable, the beds were great for relaxing and sleeping, and we had the type of room we requested. Though the parking garage was difficult to get into because people blocked the entrance when checking in, there was always enough space for parking. It was easier to get out of than into it. Overall, a very good experience.

Cleanliness

The room did not match the pictures so I was disappointed in the overall vibe of the room. There was not much space to hang clothes and put them away. The elevators were a major headache.

You have to pay for parking when I feel they should put the in the price of the hotel. And the pool closes at 9pm which it pretty early I think

The worst part is that at night people come and make a big noise and waked us up. The hotel management didn't do anything about it.

Awesome staff

We got 2 queen bed with kitchenette suite. The room was too small and dingy with old appliances and furniture. This hotel’s particular location is not so safe in Bethesda, saw few shady people wondering around outside the hotel. I guess for the price this hotel is ok but I didn’t like the room we got. The other rooms reviews aren’t too bad.
