Not bad for the price. Got all the necessities for an overnight stay. Front desk at check in was straight to the point. The lady at check out was a little friendlier. Would go back again

The bed was extremely wobbly side to side. The only heat source was a wall mounted ac/heater and it was extremely loud. The window faced a main road and a lot of road noise comes through the window. Went to take a shower in the morning and there was black hair on the walls. As soon as water hit the bottom of the tub it turned into a slip and slide. I walked away for a minute to let the water heat up and when I got back there was three inches of water in the tub. I thought that the drain was closed but no… the drain was completely clogged with hair. I had to use the drain plug to remove the hair so I could take a shower with out being in ankle deep water. Probably won’t be back.

The front desk was very helpful and the reservation was very easy to make (via the internet). And the room was very clean so we are very happy with the quality of the service and the room.

Im so old i recall staying with my family here in the 80s when it was a Best Western. Since been rebranded to Days inn. We came to spokane for the Halloween expo and this motel met all our needs. Close by to the convention centre, various resteraunts and shops. Offering a room with 3 beds was an added bonus as the entire family slept comforatbly. Woukd stay again

Room was dark. Fairly clean, but nothing to brag about. Found a flea on my leg. (I don’t have pets and no pets allowed). Staff was friendly though.

The hotel was super cute and you can tell they renovated not too long ago. Everything was fresh and clean. My friend and i slept really well in the bed. The only issue we had was that our door lock didnt line up within the frame so we relied on the secondary latch lock when we went to sleep. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Well I could see the room had been recently up dated . The windows were not included .they were very dirty and had mold around them . The fan in the bathroom was full of dust and there was spilled coffee on the bathroom counter . Maybe house keeping could pay a little more attention and maintenance should do a walk through . The tub didn’t drain well and the mirrors had finger prints . Over all it was good and the staff were very nice .

This was a great hotel for the price. I'd read some negative reviews, however we found the room very nicely cleaned and well outfitted, and the hotel to be neat and well taken care of. The breakfast offered each morning was perfect for our needs - pre-made breakfast sandwiches, waffles, french toast, bagel pull aparts, yogurt, juices, bread for toast, coffee & tea options. Throughout the afternoon & evening, cookies & popcorn are offered for guests. The pool & fitness center are closed, which we knew ahead of time, and housekeeping is by request only, which we were informed of at check in. This hotel is not fancy, but it was the perfect place (great location close to anything you might need) to stay when visiting the Spokane area. We stayed 4 nights while exploring the area, and would most definitely return, should our travels bring us back to the area.

The ventilation system didn’t work with the damn… Couldn’t turn it Off, couldn’t change the settings absolutely useless.
