Dated but a great price. The single elevator in the rear of hotel makes shuttling gear a little difficult, but there are worse things.

One of the front desk staff people here went out of her way to make our stay as unenjoyable as possible. The bonus is that it seems to make her feel good about herself. It's a shame, since the overall hotel, while dated, is okay, and we were VERY impressed with the cleanliness. The room, and particularly the bathroom, was immaculately clean. I wouldn't know about the breakfast, since even though it was included in our room rate, the front desk person didn't allow us to try it. This interaction with the staff person isn't the end of the world, but the fact that it still bothers me the day after is quite somehting.

Location was convenient for traveling through. Lack of staff, so checking in took time. Lounge was closed. Interior of hotel needs lots of cosmetic repairs. Duct tape on carpet in hallway and chipping paint. Comforter had stain, but overall room was clean.

We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. Location was great - walking distance to shopping and restaurants -and the room was clean and spacious. We had a double queen room and in addition to the fully equipped bathroom there was an extra vanity/ sink area which was perfect for 2 friends travelling together. Nice breakfast area with lots of tasty options and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We got this room at the last minute for under $70. We haver kids/grandkids in Wenatchee. This hotel is dated and some of the carpet is really worn... it gets better the farther up the stairs you go. But honestly it was great for the ridiculously low price. Service was fantastic... breakfast was great and came with our reservation. Room was clean and comfortable. We'll stay here again.

I stay in a lot of lower end rooms while traveling for the farm by myself. But this Red Lion Really impressed me. The quality of the linens and the bedding were amazing. It was very comfortable and really a nice place. Breakfast buffet was great. I couldn’t believe it for the price.

In a 5 night stay, only had proper heat for 1 of them. At check in, first room had no heater- and thermostat on the wall hissed when I touched it. Second room had not been cleaned yet, third room had a poorly functioning heater. They moved me on night 2. 4th room also had a poorly functioning heater. They fixed it on my last day, so I had heat the 5th night of my stay. Front desk staff the night of check in was rude, and acted like I was being unreasonable not wanting to stay in a room with no heater, or a dirty room. Moving forward front desk staff was very nice & helpful. Unfortunately the property is old, and not being maintained. It's very rundown, and red lion should take their name off the property.

It was my 1st and last time in this hotel. I had a booking for 6 rooms and they charged me for 9 rooms. Hotel was blaiming hotels.com and hotels.com was blaiming the hotel! I don't know who's fault it was but neither of them cared about that! :[

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The biggest thing for me was the Air Conditioning. I like to keep my room at about 64 degrees. The room was probably about 76 degrees when I first checked in, which is no big deal. But after running the air conditioning set at 64 degrees on full blast for 2 hours the room hadn’t cooled down at all. So I felt the vent and it was blowing warm air. So I made sure I had the ac set correctly and it was, alas, the cold refreshing air never came. Ac is a big thing for me, however everything else was nice.

I cannot actually comment on this hotel other than that we waited 30 minutes to check in with no staff present (others were waiting in the lobby to check-in as well). We tried to call them with no answer. After 30 minutes we left because it was late and had a child to get to sleep. I did reach out to both Red Lion and Hotels.com that same evening and was told by both that there would be no charge and if there was it would be refunded. However, Red Lion charged us even after representatives from both Red Lion and Hotels.com said we would not be charged/would be refunded; are a lion stated they consider us a no-show because we did not check in (impossible without staff present). I’m incredibly dissatisfied in both organizations and would not recommend either at this point.

White van in back corner of parking lot had a bunch of stray cats living in it. Breakfast eggs tasted like they were cooked with dishwater on the second day and the waffle mix was super watery. That said, the lady that helped us out the first night of our stay was fantastic! I believe her name was Amanda and she was amazing.
