I had to confront her in the lobby, where she called her manager on her personal cell. The manager? Yelled at me like I caused the issues. By Tuesday, the same manager escalated the situation. After refusing to fix anything or address her staff’s behavior, she claimed I was the problem, asked me to leave, and denied a refund. The police had to get involved before I finally got my refund. But the building clearly did not receive a renovation at the same time as the remodel. So the walls and doors as well as infrastructure (a/c and heating units, elevators) are pretty rough. Room was fundamentally clean, but carpet was stained in multiple places, sink and shower unit seals looked moldy. Rough, thin facial and toilet tissue. Not a good value.
