simply horrible, a nightmare! A horrible smell of marijuana in the bathroom of my room and I with my children. They came into my room to look at my things and did not do the room service, my fire alarm went off, I went to the reception they told me to solve it myself, I had to take it out of the wall and the next day they sent me that I would receive a fine. It’s not a hotel but a building of horror!

This was the worst experience of an hotel I’ve ever had in my entire life when we got to the room that night. It was nasty, dirty, and stink. It was dirt dirt I mean a pile of dirt in the sink when I tried to use the restroom it was roaches Roaches coming from it was a lot of dust on the roof. It was some disgusting staying on the sheet that was in room 327. They moved to room 329 and there was no hot water more roaches trying to get into my bag the pillows on the second bed were Towels felt like I was drying off with a rug from the ground. When I turned the light on it flickered for an hour until it was the same I would not recommend this hotel. Do better to get better reviews. I will not sugarcoat anything or bite my tongue if I could get a refund, I would get my money back because this was not worth it.

They don't let you get the breakfast to go, so if you have children they have to go down and eat in the cafeteria. The shower curtain and the bedsheets was broken. The people who were staying upstairs and next to us were making a lot of noise, smoking and drinking.They don't give enough towels and are small. Not going again and don't recommend for long stays.

I enjoyed my stay. It would've been nice to have room service and towels. We had to ask at front desk for them and was told fresh towels weren't guaranteed. Menu at pool bar was overpriced. Other than that, great stay!

First thing i saw un my room was a roach crawling across the bathroom counter. The building needed exterior maintenance done immediately. And breakfast was very late which in turn delayed my ling trip. The door was locked to the kitchen, no one had a key

I liked how the hotel was close to a lot of places I was going to while there so after a long day, it was just a 5-10min drive with traffic. I did not like the breakfast options at the hotel. I stayed 2 years ago and the breakfast had several options to choose which included all things and pancake maker; but this time it was just eggs, toast, sausage, cereal, juice and waffles. But overall it was a nice hotel for location.

Happy to have found a last minute reservation so close to our other reservation. Was able to use my hotel cash helpful. Easy check in fast and helpful. Some updates needed in room but other that great place.

The tiki bar at the pool is great for food and drinks the pool is huge and there is a small playground for young young kids. Near everything!

About 45 min wait after 4 , no wash clothes (hotels does not offer management decision), shower Luke warm, tv choices very limited and very small, ice machine down (not communicated - when asked was told to to 711 down for the week) and last but def not least HOT TUB WAS COLD AS POOL! (Very important even called prior to booking to ask if it was running) Front desk was rude and in professional

I liked the idea of asking for the room to be cleaned when I need not automatically every day. Good job on caring for the environment.

I had to ask for it.whenI got angry because I had to take my daughter to Walmart to use the bathroom because of no toilet paper. That when we finally got room service, and it was the only time. There were no ice all the ice machines were broken.

The location is perfect close to Disney, outlet and shopping area, but the room was horrible with three (3) cockroaches. We had to use the sofa bed and when we opened it apparently they didn't even open it, the healthy ones were disgusting and full of food and the bathroom was very worse. little roast full of mold and the breakfast very very basic
