I booked 2 rooms side by side oceanfront. Rooms were both clean and beds were super comfy and soft. One room had a chair, we wished the other one did but it didnt. Big walk in showers. Continental breakfast daily that was pretty good. Could walk right out onto the beach and the balcony views were awesome. But the best part was when we left my daughter had accidently left some pretty special toys under her pillow and forgot them. We called the hotel literally almost 12 hours later when she was getting ready for bed to see if they had found them. The manager said she would check in the morning. She called us at 6:45 the next morning to let us know they DID in fact find them, and they were nice enough to mail them back to us. I had no problem paying postage. Amazing staff!!! Thank you for a wonderful thanksgiving break!!!

We had a wonderful day hiking and climbing the sand dunes at Jockey’s Ridge. We checked in and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We went to dinner and came back and the moon,big and bright orange, was coming up over the ocean! Viewed the sunrise the next morning from our balcony. I highly recommend this place!

We booked Saturday night but decided to come a day early and we were accommodated with the same room for a great price. Property is great and convenient and the lady at breakfast each morning was just the best. Always a smile and a warm good morning, and kept everything clean and full.

We had a relaxing time. The gazebo by the beach was an incredible addition. Loved that!!! In the room, we had a kitchenette which we loved. There were ample pots and pans, although a larger frying pan would have been great, and cooking utensils. But no plates or cutlery of any kind. We had to run into the kitchen and take what we would use. If there is a kitchen, that should be supplied in the room, along with dish soap and sponge. We will know for next time.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Outer Banks. The service was excellent, the room was fantastic, just perfect, and looked exactly the same as the picture and description. The location couldn’t have been better. We couldn’t have asked for me.

Yes, by the letter of the law they had every right to hold us to our reservation and not refund us, but if this is the level of understanding they displayed then not only am I glad we didn't stay there but we won't consider them next time, and there will be a next time.

We come here all the time and have been big fans but the beds are getting worn out and are uncomfortable, room had sand on the floor and couch, breakfast room was out of coffee when I wanted it twice.
