Front desk was not friendly. Room was super outdated and plain. Beds were comfy. Overall, overpriced. We’ve stayed at over hotels for way less than what we paid here.

The hotel was nice. Check in is 3 PM. We arrived 45 minutes early. They said our rooms were almost ready and would be maybe 15 minutes longer. We hung out in the lobby. Which was fine at first. Then 45 minutes later I asked and it was still not ready. The lady at the front was a huge help and found us other rooms. Which by the way was really nice! Everything was nice until we went to the bar for karaoke night and to have a few cocktails. My friends 70 year old mother had to go to the room and when she came back she had a plastic cup. The manager accused her of being drunk and was very unprofessional. She took it back to the room and when she came back they cut our group of 6 off from the bar. Let me just add 2 of them are highly classy 70 year olds. I went to the bar to ask the bartender and he said the manager said we were not to be served. I went to talk to him and he was yelling and acting a fool. I said calm down I am just trying to find out what happened so I know why we are not being served. He lost it and had the front desk call the police on us. He called the cops for a 70 year old bringing a drink from our room to the bar. All he had to do was calmly say you can’t bring that in and it would have not been an issue. The cops showed up and once our group and the witnesses talked to the cops they agreed that it was out of line. I wanted to talk to another manager but supposedly she wouldn’t be there until 8AM. I went at 10 AM and still no manager. Was told she would call

I want to start of by saying the front desk people were very nice and hospitable. The problem I had was the type of room we reserved was not the same type of room we received. They did move us but we had to pay extra. The room was also not the cleanest. The bed had a dime in it so we weren’t sure if the sheets had been washed so we slept on top of the bedding. Calling room service didn’t do a thing and was told they didn’t even have pillows for my kids to sleep on the pullout! Stopped me mid sentence and told me to check the drawers they are in there. Checked, no pillows! Told me she would bring them no pillows! Had yo go to front desk and ask myself. Just was not impressed!
