We came from Grand Teton NP and the hotel location is quite far, but we had a good reception and the facilities were comfortable. The check-in/out service and breakfast were excellent.

Staff were nice and put cookies out. A/C worked great. Shower creaked and sounded like it was going to crack every time you moved. The drain backed up, but water temp was stable and the hot water did not run out. Bed was a little stiff but there were plenty of pillows. Room was quiet. TV had plenty of music channels. Breakfast was average. Did not use the free Wi-Fi or any other amenities.

We met some of the nicest staff EVER! Two sisters that worked side by side to help make our stay the best. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was firm, and the bedding soft and clean. The breakfast was served hot and included eggs, sausage and country-fried potatoes along with cold cereals, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit, muffins, English muffins, bread and bagels. Plus there were containers of milk, two brands of yogurt, four choices of juice, teas, and coffee. It was hearty and tasty.

We reserved a handicap room but when we got there the room had been given to someone else. We were given a room on 1st floor only to find the doorway to room was a very tight fit for my wheelchair and my chair was scratched from scraping the door frame. Bathroom was not WC acceptable. When booking room it said it had a bar and restaurant …it had neither. ADA parking was a joke…space to narrow to get chair to passenger door so we used a regular space that had plenty of room to accommodate chair.

This stay was horrendous. This was the worst encounter I have ever had with a hotel employee in my life, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. I have stayed dozens of times in the same town other hotels. I have never had anyone be anywhere close to this disrespectful to me and my family. The lady running the front desk today, 9/29 was rude and abrasive and treated my kids and I like criminals. I kind of planned on things being really low quality based on the room being somewhat less expensive than good quality hotels in the area, and I did find that it was the case that things were rundown with a lot of maintenance in several aspects being very much needed. However, this employee being so rude was what made me say i’d prefer not to stay at the hotel again based on the experience with her. I was pretty surprised to hear her respond that she was fine with me never staying there again. Her comments and attitude were totally unmerited and unprofessional. On top of that, the minute it was checkout time, she said that my kids had two minutes to get out of the pool and out the door, had staff on standby to call the authorities to physically remove them if they weren’t out in those couple minutes, then held the door open to police us out of the pool. I don’t know what her problem was, but it was as if she had seen my kids faces on wanted posters in Pocatello and had some kind of battle to fight. This crazy woman seems delusional, but somehow she was the person in charge.

We stayed two days! We had a wonderful stay! One of the best stays ever and we travel full time! All The staff here is a blessing and all so attentive to all our needs. The best breakfast ever!

Should be called "Low Quality Inn". Parking lot lights did not work, Wi-Fi did not work, TV did not work, electrical outlet nearest the bed did not work, hot tub did not work. The room was clean, but everything was broken. Try doing some maintenance!

The price was good and room was also good. It is an older Quality Inn and we believe they did the best they could. If you are on a budget it was very good. If you want luxury we know we have to pay more. Staff was super friendly and breakfast well done. For a short stay it would be fine. Other hotels were 30 to 50 dollars more.
