Just here for one night. It was clean and comfortable and affordable. Front desk clerk, Karen, was very friendly to us as we checked in.

Wonderful stay! Quiet, convenient to places we wanted to go, ample parking, comfy beds... We needed more towels and before I could go to the front desk to ask for more, housekeeping appeared at our door and offered us more towels. So great! The only hiccup we had was we were going to arrive later than expected due to a death in the family. I called the hotel and the nicest person told us a late check in would be fine. She would hold our room for us. The person working at the front desk even called us several times during our drive to check on us. (We were driving at night on a very curvy road through Arkansas.) She reassured us that we could arrive as late as needed and kept telling us to just be careful and take our time. We so wanted just to get to the hotel. We did not want to arrive late and we were all so sad and tired. But we were excited to meet the woman working at the front desk and thank her for checking on us and holding our room. She told us her shift ended at midnight. When we arrived at the hotel, this woman had cancelled our entire reservation. The notes on the hotel's print-out said something like "I tried to believe them that they would show up, but they didn't." She cancelled our reservation at 11:45 pm. We arrived between midnight and 12:30 am. We would love to stay here again! Maybe next time, this particular front desk person won't be there pretending to care about her guests. I can assure you, she doesn't.

The hotel was right off Hwy 65 but i didnt hear any traffic noise at all. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels, good choices at breakfast, staff was knowledgeable. It was a large place but the carpets could use freshening. The cover on the bed had a stain on it. The sink n the bathroom faucet was reversed ( cold was on left, hot on right). The flowers at the entrance needed serious deadheading. Im not a meticulous person so we were satisfied.

The bed was super comfortable and the place is clean, just smells weird and my air conditioner did not work well. This is our 2nd stay here so for the money it is good! The breakfast is your typical breakfast with cereal, sausage, eggs, gravy biscuits, etc.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was always friendly, helpful and curteous. Great continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were also very nice. Room was very clean and well supplied. Beds were very comfortable.

I really only needed a place for some sleep and that was really all it was good for. The A/C unit was covered by the curtain, so we had to wedge the curtains up on the window sill so the room could cool down. It was not very clean, things clearly not kept up. Our view was very obstructed by the building the pool was in. We didn’t go swimming so I can’t share on that. The desk lamp didn’t work unless we have the light switch on by the door which meant the light by the door would have to be on to use the lamp. We left without the breakfast so I have no opinion on that. The bed was good enough to get a few hours of sleep so we could travel home somewhat rested. Tub did look clean. It’s good if all you need is to sleep and continue on, but it definitely needs better cleaning. Staff seemed nice.

We were impressed at first with the lovely landscaping & the employee cleaning the glass doors & lobby when we arrived. Maybe family owned? They took pride in the appearance of the entrance. Lovely staff, clean room, good A/C, and the bkfast was good. We had a bad experience w/ Quality Inn in Carthage, but this one in Ozark was a pleasant experience. We will stay here again if coming to Ozark.

Room had a musty smell. Conditioner bottle in bathroom appeared half used. Loose shower curtain rod. Chair too tall to fit under the table so it was always in the way. Lobby looked nice, but no one was there on arrival. Ringing the desk bell and calling the phone number didn’t get a response. Ten minutes later, someone showed up. Just a mediocre experience, so stay based on price. Lobby also has two signs saying how they were cleaning “high touch” surfaces (leftover from Covid I assume) but in the room, the same sign was there with those lines crossed out ;)
