This hotel is old and very much outdated, Stale odor throughout the building, no towels, no wash cloths, bed hard as wood, never cleaned the rooms nor changed sheets. Stayed as long as I could stand it, left before end of stay. Never again.

The pictures are very misleading- they forgot to show the bullet proof glass at check in. Facility is run down and in a bad neighborhood. Didn't get a wink of sleep on the tiny pillow provided. The hotel was very uncomfortable the tv was not plugged into the wall and the cord was too short to plug it in. The nightstands had cigarette burns in both sides of both of the nightstands. This hotel is not walkable to anything so it’s not friendly for a quick stay. If you just need a bed and don’t care about the condition of the place, then this hotel will work for you.

The water in the shower wouldn’t turn off, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a month and there is mold on the bathroom ceiling. The halls were permeated with pot. It filtered into our room all night and we left with a buzz this morning.
I am pretty sure a couple of drug deals happened in the parking lot as we were parking.
I hope you were smarter than me and read the reviews before you booked and realized their reviews have been padded and are out of 10 not out of 5. How is that even legal.
I would definitely not recommend proceeding with booking this reservation!

Save your hard earned dollars and please stay elsewhere!! This place needs to be shut down. The most terrible hotel that I have ever stayed in. It smells like mold and there is mold in the bathrooms. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Elevators do not function properly and fire department was called during my stay.
Checkin is done through a plexi like glass and you can tell it’s a dangerous area. I was given one nasty towel and told I would need to wait 2 hours if I wanted to get anymore. All the doors also look like the have been kicked in- in the past (dents and major scratches everywhere). Very noisy and paper thin walls.
You will immediately regret staying here once you get off the highway and see the building, it’s a bad bad bad place. Please take my advise. Do not ever stay here.

The hotel is filthy! The carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty and the room smelled awful and was not clean. We didn't stay. It was worth forfeiting the money and we found a decent hotel to stay in.

The room was not only unclean, but it also had a persistent unpleasant odor that made it unbearable to stay in, let alone sleep. After 45 minutes of attempting to settle in, I found it necessary to check out due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

I want to express the frustration of my stay at the north Miami Gardens inn last night. First I called to try to get an early check in due to traveling and being pregnant and they told me to call back around 11 and I tried but got no answer to the phone for 6 different times. Then on top of that I was extremely disappointed not only in the hotel it self but I feel like it was advertised poorly because when I got there it was not a place I would have stayed. The pictures on advertised were no where near how it looked. The room looked like trash and on top of that the elevator seemed to be on its last leg. None of the outlets worked and I would not have paid what I paid for such a poor hotel I couldn’t even sleep nor could my husband we are very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. The ac did not work well and there was so many issues with the room such as a broken toilet paper holder no water pressure and only one lamp for lighting in the room. I was even afraid to sleep under the blankets because it did not feel like anything was clean. I also feel like I was overcharged due to the fact it was not worth what I paid for it. I am disappointed in the fact hotels.com even allows a place that poorly kept to stay on their site. That stay was maybe worth the $20 that I paid at the hotel not almost $100.

I have no idea how this is even still open. I mean toenail clippings and food remnants in the room that I not only paid for but added an additional $30 for the early check in fee. Everything was old and dirty and there was no manager on site and they don’t want to give me my money back even though I didn’t stay in their dingy room.
