My experience was mediocre. The location was convenient. Housekeeping needs more training as our bathroom was nor cleaned during our 3 day stay. There hotel was extremely full with a field trip of maybe 60 teens.

Their not enough lighting in the room. There were no complementary lotion in the container. Ten dollars for parking, tow truck standing by if you dont pay.

I book 2 room. I requested the rooms to be on the same floor. The staff place the rooms on different floors. I did not look at the key cards when handed to me, I gave the keys to the people using the other room. I assume the staff had place the rooms on same floor, per my request I know the staff can follow the upcoming guest I feel you should not have to pay a parking fee

Our room seemed clean but rugs were dirty and needed to be replaced. Shower door was broken and bathroom needed caulking. Towel and bedding was good. Paying for parking. I would rather they added 10 dollars to the room and save us the hassle of going on line to pay. Breakfast was very good!

They served breakfast everyday starting at 6am until 10am which was nice you could sleep in a little bit and know that you could still go down for breakfast. The staff came in daily to make the beds and swap out towels if left on the floors. The ice machines was only working on certain floors. All employees that I encountered while there was all nice and friendly.

Breakfast was great, property was clean and well taken care of. Staff was professional and welcoming.

Great hotel. Very clean and pleasant staff. Somewhat difficult to get into the parking lot from the highway, but manageable.

Parking costs $10. There are no other options but to pay for the parking. Under construction, hammering and power tools in evening and morning.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quiet hallways. Variety of food choices for breakfast.

Alexander's service was excellent and friendly. Nice property. Only issue was no restaurants in immediate area

Everything that I needed. Very clean and efficient.

Hotel was lovely, rooms spacious and clean and great selection at breakfast . Was a little too far to walk to metro so we used Uber lots - was not far from main sightseeing though

This hotel is well run and provides a very nice place to stay that is convenient to major roadways and destinations. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient, and the accommodations are well maintained and comfortable.

I liked the size of my room and the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in it already. The area was nice and not far from shopping and restaurants.

Charging $10 a night for UNsecured parking on the property was disappointing. TV signal was poor on many of the channels.

The decor was very unique with its light fixtures and art displays. Very welcoming, clean quiet stay. Just what we needed after a long drive

This hotel was a very good value for the price. The rooms And dining areas were very clean. The breakfast was great.

Clean property with great breakfast options. They also had great coffee. Didn’t know that we had to pay for parking. I believe when I booked the hotel it said parking was free.

Crazy to have to pay for parking when you already have to pay over 100.00 a night for staying

The parking was 10$ which I was not aware of. The breakfast area was small compares to the amount of people, there was a line to stand for like 5-10min

Wonderful clean. Fully staffed with friendly employees. Clean rooms bed bathroom. Very comfortable bed fluffy pillows. Clean pool closed at 10:00 p.m. with cool blue lights. Welcoming seating arrangement and tables. Lobby very friendly and welcoming guests were sitting around talking. Coffee tea service offered throughout the day and night. Breakfast was fantastic started at 6:00 ended at 10:00 a.m. they had ample modern seating. Breakfast included but not limited to just not your standard waffle station juices hard boiled eggs hot sauce ketchup one day they had scrambled one day they had omelette they had a side meat and a side of potato they also had oatmeal daily toast English muffin bagel muffins fresh fruit dry cereal milk cream coffee juices. They also had to weight room very clean felt very safe friendly staff. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. It was kind of different to get to but definitely worth it. Safeway supermarket was maybe 10 minutes away sat there first pick up food microwave it. Room also had a mini fridge. This has been done voice to text so I didn't profit. I hope you enjoy your stay too.
