Clean rooms, great breakfast, hot showers, quiet property close to local restaurants and bars.

The first room I was given had a terribly leaking faucet in the bathtub, the drain had what looked like mold around it. It was way too overpriced

Room was musty, two front desk people were inconsistent. Check person gave me a parking permit without asking any details and second person 8 hours later said they need vehicle info even though I already had a parking pass they could still tow with information. Continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Not many choices and what they had was poor quality. Ended up going across the st to a coffee shop

It just needs an update. The rugs were worn, the doors need to be fixed, the shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor until I fixed it for them temporarily. By fixing I mean sliding the rubber cover back, it’s still leaking I’m sure if it’s moved it will spray everywhere again.

Was required to give a 100 deposit fee but never told of this beforehand. No idea what time the complimentary breakfast was and missed out on it. Bathroom was incredibly small and could barely open the door to get into it. The bed was great excellent and had a nice sleeping experience.

Could be a little cleaner… around the faucets crusty, door jams dirty. shower curtains stained counter tops and blow dryer dirty.

Sadly this is not a good review. I tried getting a hold of the hotel manager. Nope. I tried to get a return answer from Choice Hotels. Nope. Our working vacation ended up not being a working vaca. Which means we didn’t get paid for missing work. But nope! Had to move the coffee maker because you can’t use the coffee maker and the microwave at the same time because they are plugged into the same outlet and we can’t unplug the refrigerator. Chicken bones and food on the floor and also Q-tips under the table. Also an empty baggie on table. I could not walk without shoes on because even through my socks there was frequently something gross on the carpet that I had to pick up. The hall smelled like cabbage 24/7 WiFi- not as advertised - very spotty. Did not have WiFi more than we did. (We are on a working vaca while our son and wife have their first baby) also because of the constant WiFi issue we could barely watch tv. Total false advertising. We literally went to the local McDonald’s for their free WiFi. Sheers on window are moldy. Needs a dehumidifier We asked for our money back (so we could go somewhere else) as we need WiFi for work and the ad for this hotel was obviously false. But we’re told there was no manager available. Washing machines had no doors so we could not do laundry. But front desk willingly exchanged a ten $ for a roll of quarters and sold me detergent and softener. There is so much more but I am out of room.

The staff at the front desk were the best. In spite of signs, I didn't realize that housekeeping was every 3 days. When I went down on the 2nd day to ask for towels, "No problem!" And we had a friendly chat. The breakfast was good for vegetarians, and 4 out of the 6 of us who stayed there are veggies. We are 3 sisters and their husbands, staying to visit the 4th sister who lives in Boston. She was in the hospital. What you could improve on: Wiping the tables in the lobby..... dust and small objects.... Removing signs from the rooms that promise new towels if you leave old ones on the bathroom floor. The price is such a bargain, and -- as I said -- the staff are dedicated and helpful. And the flowers etc outside are outstanding! We enjoyed eating in Randolph. Staff were great about making suggestions. Please thank them from the Wolfe sisters: Christine, Mary and Eileen.

The room was dirty stains on the walls in the bathroom and room. Carpet could be replaced. Water stains on the faucets and clumps of hair on the bathroom floor.
