It’s a half ass renovation, for most part clean but a little sketchy. No issues whatsoever but just a kinda dice place

Even though the hotel is older, they are currently working in remodeling. Our room appeared to be recently remodeled and was nice. Beds were comfortable. There was a sign near the more that letnyou know about the remodel and that they will be replacing the carpets soon and remodeling the pool as well. We were very happy with the ppol though. This was the first hotel that we have been to in years that the indoor pool was actually warm enough to swim in. Not to mention it has a deep end and a small slide at the shallow end for little kids to slide into the pool. The breakfast was good as well, just wish they would add potatoes as a option with the eggs and sausage for people that don't eat sausage.

Bathroom door didn’t come close to closing properly.

The room was nice, clean and had everything I needed. However the bathroom sink was clogged and it took three days for someone
to unclog it. The gentleman who unclogged it was able to fix it in less than 5 minutes!

Had to change rooms because they smelled like smoke. Smoke detector was covered in plastic. Sheets and cover had a red stain on it.

I chose this hotel because it was a fair price. I go to Lansing for medical treatment so I do not have a lot of extra money. It is a 100 miles from my home but it is working. So I go one day later stay the night then have an appointment the next morning then go home. So I got to the hotel and they said I did not pay I showed them my receipt that I did. They said they didn’t get any payment and to stay I would have to pay. So I had to pay twice or drive 200 extra miles. I called the front desk for wifi password they don’t answer you have to leave a message and they never call you back. Horrible

Random cords running through room, vent chocked full of dust, thermostat didn’t work. Stayed for one night, the room had a slight cigarette smell but overall was pretty clean. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Good for a cheap option close to MSU. Would stay again, but would ask for a different room next time.

The staff was helpful thru out my stay. I had a 2nd floor room off the pool and I had no trouble watching TV or sleeping, even with family's enjoying the pool. I'll pick this hotel again for sure. 👍👍

The photos do not depict the reality. Small rooms, poorly upgraded rooms. The heating/cooling system was not easily controlable and the hair dryer was non-functional. Stairways were incredibly narrow, no elevators, I was uncomfortable staying there with my 3 daughters.
