Hotel staff were friendly and that was it! Rooms had a strong moth ball/senior home smell. Bath tub/shower combo was super small. The shower head was old and rusty and coming out of wall. Rust stains all over door frame, and shower rod. My sister got a room there as well and it was filthy. Fast food trash left in drawer from previous tenant, and there were literal bugs in her bed linings! She went to another hotel! Breakfast was a disappointment with runny scambled eggs and what looked liked 3 time frozen uncooked sausage patties. My wife and I stayed there 2 years and were nicely surprised for the price...but this place wasnt the same. Dont recommend for extended stay or if you dont just " need a bed".

Indoor pool was very cold. Even turned the switch on to warm up and it just wasn't enough. Ended up going to super 8 and it was much cheaper but the pool was nice and warm indoor also.

Room was cleaned very well and looked really neat. The only issues that I had was the a/c was leaking so the floor was wet and got my bags wet and the seat in the handicap shower wasn't cleaned.

There was a trash can at the end of the hallway that was catching water that was pouring down form the ceiling with a hold in the ceiling. The elevators and pool were not working. Went to workout in the gym and only one machine out of the three was working.

Fire alarm went off at 12:30. Managers gave different excuses- pretty sure it was from them cooking and burning food

The staff made a big difference. They were very friendly and helpful to me. I had been staying at LQ for years but no longer. Breakfast was great with a large selection and freshly made eggs!

Didn’t like; dirty sheets in bed, no hot breakfast, noise at night out front of hotel (2 nights), pool unavailable, and building not maintained. Stayed at hotel in past but will not come back.

Booked this room on Hotels.com. Later on saw that not only Hotels.com charged my credit card, but so did the Hotel. Called them and they said they had to wait till the manager came back three days later. Call down to see how to access the Wi-Fi in the person at the front desk had such poor English. I couldn’t even understand him. if you’re going to be in that position, the person needs to speak the language of this country.

The facility is quite old and could use some updates. Breakfast choices were limited, but what was provided was OK. The room shows where and tear the drawers to the dresser, continued to open. Check in was easy in the staff was nice, but the elevator was filthy because of all the construction going on.

When i first got there the lady at the desk checked us in mind you i paid for a king when we got to the room it was not a king it was a queen so i went back to the front desk and she said that is our king i said no its not i told her to go look it was not a king so i asked what it would cost for an upgrade so she looked and said i can give you the king suite at no extra charge so we go up there and now thats a king size bed very happy with it even though we only slept 3 hours had to get up and leave.

The place was quiet and there are shopping stores and places to eat around the hotel. The only thing was that there was hair on the bathroom floor and wall. There was also a shirt and pants hanging in the closet. The cleaning person didn't do his or her job because these things were overlooked.

It unfortunately was not worth the price. Our tv never connected to the wifi ( 3 young kids) and the maintenance man was gone for the weekend . The breakfast was less than ok. Lots of outdated things that need to be replaced. However the front desk staff was friendly and the location was great

Nice room. Near a noisy freeway. Also, no fitted sheet on the bed, just a queen flat sheet on the king bed. Shower would not stay warm for more than 10-15 seconds.

The property has always been great. The staff is friendly and everything you need is within walking distance if you choose to walk a bit. Great food selections around and shopping if you need something.
