Very disappointed. Bed sheets not very clean. Wall paint near window bubbly. Employees smoking outside in FRONT of hotel. Floor in front of elevator dirty & spotty during the stay. Hot items on breakfast bar cold. Had to reheat all items in microwave. Coffee sometimes there, sometimes not. Cranberrry juice was pink no juice. A lot of the dining & serving bar surfaces sticky & dirty. Cobwebs in windows in dining area. Cleaning crew needs lessons. Will not be staying there.

Was a definite step up from where i usually stay in Pella. Issue was one of the AC units never got cold, but the one in the bedroom area was good. Tv quality was awful. Like being back in the pre HD era of 2001. Not sure why they can't upgrade this. The room itself was great. Large 2 room suite that was modern and clean. Kitchenette.

Hallways and laundry facilities and stairwells on 2nd Floor show significant lack of attention. I had to find a laundromat in the area. Hallways and stairwells were visibly dirty. Garbage cans in and around facility overflowing. Thankfully the Room was clean and comfortable

The property around the hotel was beautiful! It is set on a golf course with amazing homes around. But easy to get to things in town. Amazing small town!

It was ok a lil expensive but its not the worst hotel iv ever been at. Yall need more staff tho those poor cleaning ladys were doing 14 hr shifts and still stayed nice and ready to clean the next room. The front desk lady was a rockstar needed more training on the bar but still did a great job with how busy they were.

Our 2 queen bedroom accessible room was layed out well giving privacy for those wanting to go to bed before others. Two tv's. Nice kitchen and great breakfast. Room could have been cleaner. Staff responded quickly to our requests to coffee pot not working, missing tv remote, no tp.

I was told when we arrived that the room was ready. Upon entering the room, it was not and it was dirty. The bed was unmade, the toilet had “poop” in it. The mirror was so dirty, there were dead bugs on the window sill and the alarm above the bed was hanging down. I went down to reception to report that the room was indeed NOT ready. They said they were short staffed and we could go ahead into town and guaranteed us that the room would be ready by the time we returned. We returned at 7 pm and everything was the same. I was disgusted. Reception had attitude and told us we could leave if we wanted but we would. Ot get a refund. They said Expedia was responsible for the refund yet I was told that I opted to pay at the desk. We then had to go looking for somewhere to stay. I am in my 70’s and was terribly stressed about all this. I am requesting my refund and would hope that Expedia would help me clarify this problem that definitly ruined our trip in Pella.
