No pool! Whole first floor under construction. We had to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. They still charge resort fee even though pool, restuarant, laundry not available.

This Hotel is not in good condition after the hurricane. The pool area is closed and you have to go next door to use the pool on the 6th floor of the neighbor hotel. Although it is not the hotels fault the hurricane caused damage it would have been great for them to let us know before booking our non refundable rooms. We traveled with 12 soccer players who chose the hotel for the view of the gulf and the pool area that is displayed beautifully on the site! It was a real let down when we checked in and got to our rooms. I asked if we could be moved up a few floors so the construction of the pool wasn’t such an eye sore from the balcony and was told they wouldn’t do that because the hotel was booked even though we were there before check in waiting for rooms to be cleaned. We spent the extra money to have gulf view and instead it was a construction site. The hall way to the elevator on the way to the rooms smelled of mold and the room had roaches we wouldn’t have noticed but the kids wanted to make a fort under the table and when they moved it, 4 roaches scattered 🙁 We will not be staying at this location in the future!

It was in a nice location but our bathroom door was barely working and the shower was barely getting the water out and the outlets didn't even accept my phone charger.

Pool was dirty. The alarm clock in the room woke everyone up at 6 am the first morning. Advertised for free breakfast, that wasn't true. We got a 30 dollar voucher and kids were free, still had to pay s service fee and for orange juice, so ended up paying 25 dollar each morning for breakfast.

Our only problem was the air conditioning in bedroom didn’t work right. It took them 4 a/c units till the deceive to put a new one in.

The room is big. Good for big family. However, the building is old so some of the facilities are rusted. The bed sheet is not clean. The AC is not working well. The door bolt is loose, hard to open.

There was an incident in the gym with a piece of equipment that had gotten broken and they are blaming my kids and trying to charge us for the equipment. The guy at the front of the entrance was rude.

The property could use some updating and paint, but the rooms were clean and great area- close to everything. The view from our balcony was fantastic!! We will be back!

The hotel was great very clean and quiet. I like that the pool wasn't as crowded, the sunset was amazing there, the walk to the beach was very short . Great place to stay if visiting clearwater.

It wasn't just the hotel, it was the amazing staff that accounts for the raving review. This was my second time staying here, and I am so glad I chose it again . Angie and her staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and prompt. From the minute I checked in to the moment i checked out- it was a marvelous experience. There is not one bad thing to mention, and that is not being exaggerated. Looking forward to my stay next time I am in town !

We were very pleased that we got an early check in. The hotel Was great about locking up our luggage and allowing us to use the amenities out last day since we had a late flight. The pool was amazing and the views were perfect. We saw several dolphins and 2 manatees. The bar at the pool was super convenient.

Not sure how I feel about this stay. Had a bad experience the night I got there after one hour of my stay the lights went out for the night the light was supposed to come back at 11pm they said and it did not. On top of that the next morning around 9:30am the fire alarm goes off I had to grab my family and rush out side until they figure out what was happening. Not good kids was so scared and could not sleep.

Overall stay was good. Holiday needs to do some renovations like painting, replacing dated carpet, bathroom fixtures and tile because it hasn’t been done since the 90s.
