Really nice and clean hotel. Quiet at night. Friendly staff. The only downfall was the WiFi. It is free but you have to go to the lobby to get better signal.

My family started our 3 city vacay in Rome, and this was the best hotel of the three we stayed in. Great service, very clean, and the suites were outstanding (pleasantly surprised they each had 2 bathrooms)!
We really enjoyed the quiet of the Prati neighborhood. Especially after dealing with the crowds all day at the landmarks. Prato also has some great dining options in walking distance.

We were there one night and part of a day. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They have a map and pointed out our places of interest which contributed for us to have had an excellent stay. Thanks staff.

The location of this hotel is great for site seeing as it is walkable to all main attractions. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are as you would expect, beds comfortable.
There was no aircon which meant the room was very hot! We asked at reception for it to be turned on but was told it was winder so would only heat the rooms. When we opened a window our room was then filled with the smell of cigarettes as the central court yard is used for smoking and seems to trap the smell. It was also very noisy with the window open as the court yard being small and enclosed also channels noise! So we didn’t sleep very well sadly. I’m sure if the weather hadn’t been so warm for February (20 degrees) and/or the aircon on we would have been fine.
Breakfast was the standard European breakfast. If we were visiting again we would probably not add breakfast and head to a cafe instead.
Overall I would say this is a nice hotel to provide the good base for visiting a wonderful city.

From the check in process to our departure everything went smoothly and we had an enjoyable stay. There was a large assortment for breakfast and it was constantly staffed. The room was comfortable and the hotel was located in an area where we could walk to many things.

Overall I really like this hotel. It's location was pretty good as Rome is so big there's no real central place that would be perfect. The breakfast was really good and the bar was great for wrapping up a day of touring. The closest thing to a complaint was the bed was a bit hard, but I found that to be the case with all the hotels we stayed in in Italy. I'd happily stay at this hotel again if I go back.

Genuinely helpful. The room was amazing too. Exceptionally clean and well designed bathroom. I have found my go to hotel in Rome.

Good location near Vatican side of Rome and able to walk to all places of interest within 30 minutes. Breakfast good but wasn’t able to get it included on day of arrival when we came early and room not ready and for 3 days and price thought that was strange. Clean throughout. Bartender was very service oriented and friendly! Nice area to relax after long day. Didn’t like the tub shower with only 1 side swinging glass door that was hard to shower with but managed. Bed mattress not best/worst but pillows could be better.
