As the week end went on the elevator would sound like it needed oiled or maintenance on done on it. Wasn't real comfortable getting on it but wasn't able to carry luggage up steps. The staff was friendly. Upon checking in and getting to room, we discovered there was no information as to restaurants to order in. We were told "we aren't allowed to put that information out". The same with TV channels, the people at the desk were helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants, and she did give us brochures with information. The television reception was ridiculous, we had to watch in between the internet trying to connect. We also heard other people comment on the same thing. The toilet stool would actually rock if you weren't careful and the toilet paper dispenser would fall out of the wall. The chairs that were in the room to set in was crammed back in the corner and worn out. For the price we paid, we expected better.

The property is not aesthetically pleasing pretty plain. The staff was great and the room was comfortable.

No TV. They said a bird flew into their dish. Also the flooring in the rooms had lifted spots. The beds and pillows were very nice.

Staff was great and very welcoming. Our room had automated blackout shades and that is a luxury at any hotel. Beds extremely comfortable and the hot water in the shower was the perfect temperature. The area is very nice and safe.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was average. The first rm we were in had a very uneven floor. The room also had an odor. We asked to change rooms and the second room was fine. The front desk lady was helpful. The beds were average. The temperature control was good. For the price, we were disappointed with the quality.

The room was not fully cleaned. There was sticky residue on the furniture that we had to wipe down ourselves.

Clean room, decent internet, convenient location. Not good, not bad, just a decent small town Best Western place to sleep while in town for business.

We had a quick stay and the BW! The rooms were nice. Wish the bathroom was fully in one room and not within the sleeping area. But overall nice and clean

Well I stayed there 4 nights and every day they keep on knocking on my door even if I put the do not disturb sign on my door.. and opening it and they say it’s the wrong room .. they’re not organized probably.. so far it was okay .. I just don’t like it when I’m relaxing and they’re trying to get inside my room I don’t know why…
