Awesome spot in a perfect location with incredibly warm and helpful staff. Great gifts upon arrival and departure; free beverages the whole time; very caring housekeeper. As long as you’re ok climbing 1 or 2 flights of stairs, highly recommended!

What a beautiful boutique experience this was!!! Especially for this price point I was blown away by the location, quality, and hospitality. Great safe area with cute complimentary touches (tequila tasting, beverages, candy bar, rooftop, and courtyard). I even told them it was my partner's birthday and they left a cake and flowers in our room. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends visiting.

A unique art inspired small hotel in the Roma Norte neighborhood of Mexico City. There are many excellent restaurants and pastry shops nearby. But most of all the staff is super friendly and truly wants their guests to have a wonderful stay. Michelle in particular went above and beyond. We’ll be back!

Overall had a wonderful stay at NaNa Vida CDMX. The hotel was conveniently located in Roma Norte next to many delicious food options. The front desk staff were very helpful and fun to talk to (Alex & Guillermo). We also liked our room and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn't so great is that the building is pretty old and the doors are thin. We could hear people walking up and down the stairs, when something outside our room was dropped, and lots of sounds from the outside on the street. This wasn't annoying enough not to return. The good things about this hotel definitely outweigh the not so great. I would stay here again if I came to Mexico City.

Everything the other reviewers have said about this place are true (snacks, friendliness, rooftop). But this place should not be confused with a high-end boutique hotel or 4 or 5 star luxury hotel. Rather it has the feel of a "nice backpacker hotel" and if you are considering staying here there are some considerations you should be aware of. The entrance to the NaNa Vida is nondescript and sits on a corner with two busy streets. When you enter you must walk up two flights of stairs to reception on the landing (there is no lobby) Half the rooms are up another flight of stairs and the roof requires yet more climbing, there is no elevator. The public spaces are very small and because wood floors are everyone, sound travels. The rooms lack refrigerators or desks. We stayed a week here with another couple. We stayed in the deluxe king sized room that was situated on the street side with an uneven floor and traffic noise. The other couple booked a standard room and ended up with a small outside window that looked out on another private residence. The staff was terrific and friendly but English was not as common and getting recommendations for things was not as easy as you might find in a different place. The courtyard public space was not esthetically appealing and they do not serve breakfast. Bottom Line, we enjoyed our week here, (thank you staff) but we will probably stay at a more upscale place when we return next time.
