It was absolutely horrible. It stunk really bad like dog pee and also like smoke and marijuana. There were stains and dirt all over the bathroom, and tub was very gross. The carpet look very gross, as well, with stains. The elevator and hallways will gross as well. Woke up to leave and there were cops all over the lobby.

We are very pleased with the whole visit. There was a major issue with the internet and the keys not working. We had to be let into the rooms. Internet issue, i think. All the management ran their tails off to open doors, etc. for everyone. I was so impressed with their work ethic and smiles. Trying to make the best of the situation. Marivel was awesome. Definitely will return for another visit

The room was bare bones. Not very clean. As soon as we came in we saw the dink was clogged with about 3 inches of dirty water. Called the front desk (very nice clerk) came with rags and drain cleaner. Saud was all that could be done as there is no maintenance crew. Said in an hour we should run hit water to flush it. Later we dod and the water was still kot draining. We looked again before going to sleep and the si k waa about to overflow. Ot was coming up from the drain! Called again said best they could do was to move us and only available toom was a king. We booked 2 beds becauae we were traveling with our child. Said they'd get a rollaway bed. The bext room was even dirtier. Theshlves in the frudge were broken. There was poop in the toilet stuck to the bowl from whoever dtayed there before. It was just awful. But it was nearly midnight and we needed sleep . The rollaway bed finally came and it was not a bed that was a torture device. Metal springs with a civer essentially and no support. If you lay on it it compressed down the the wire bottom. This is the worst stay we've had. Aside from the front deak crew who were each lovely even with the crap they have to deal with. Whoever owns this place needs to invest in more staff and making these rooms livable.this was horrendous. Or and the trash rooms awful all the hallways reek of urine. Trash in the elevators.

Check in was delayed due to incident in parking lot that took counter attendant away. So not the best first impression. Pet friendly shouldn't be dog poop around entrance.

Very strange people all over and the property looked run down. Broken room doors. Immediately saw small roach on the floor. We didn't stay.

It was a terrible experience from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Breakfast was a joke... they ran out of everything! No ice, no shampoo or conditioner, and no supplies in the kitchenette. The place smells dingy, and there was adrugged up guy running around screaming nearby! I think it's a low income housing facility. I would give it a 0 rating if possible.

Hotel is out dated and not very clean, our original room someone smoked in it so we were up graded to a larger room with kitchen and fold out couch which was absolutely disgusting they hadn't cleaned it for ever it looked like, to get clean towels we had to bring our used towels to the front desk and then we were givin clean ones. They also said they only clean your room once a week or after your stay I hope.... Also there was no breakfast like was advertised!! Had I read anything like this in a review I would have stayed down the street and Best Western!!

Bathroom was dirty and there was mold in the ceiling. Carpeting was dirty and horrible. There were no cups for coffee in the morning, nor were there any muffins or pastries. My daughter and I were very disappointed. When I hear Extended Stay, I think of a clean room and that is not what we experienced.

The breakfast they offered (as was advertised) was a basket with Nutrigrain Bars in it. There was no coffee at all. Tried to get a coffee maker for the room (so could buy my own filters and grounds) but they were all out.
There was just a sheet as a cover, had to ask for blankets.
No toiletries in the room so asked for shampoo and conditioner and soap - they were out of conditioner and gave us the last bar of soap.
We were there for 2 nights.

The staff was really nice but the room was dirty, the floors were sticky in the room, and maintenance was not kept up with.

Uh no! Walked out, asked for a refund and left. Smelled of smoke, hair all over, room just poor shape! No thanks...I'd rather sleep in a car.

The property outside really needs a good cleaning (high pressure wash) especially around the doors. (I am a non-smoker) The hotel should provide more ash containers; cigarette butts all over the grounds. Benches to sit on at the pet area would be a nice add. There is a nice area right in the front, would be great if there were benches or table and chairs to sit and enjoy one's coffee. Our room could have been cleaner, we had to wipe down both bed side tables; spilled something was all over and super sticky, yuck. The outside of the refrigerator was super sticky as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one thing that bugged me is I called a day ahead and asked if it was possible to check in early and I was told call back the morning of our arrival to so they could tell if there was going to be any early check outs also, they could prioritize a cleaning for us. I did as instruct and was told flat NO, no just a moment let me check, just NO. We arrived after 1:00pm walked into the Lobby and there was a staff member who greeted us. I asked If it was possible to check in early and again no let me look just a flat NO come back at 3:00pm "Thats check in". The fact that the excuse was the rooms were not clean yet obviously shows they were not truthful because we had to clean the nightstands, refrigerator and stove ourselves. We have stayed here many times in the past, going to have a rethink on accommodations for next time.

DO NOT EVER STAY at Extended Stay America! I booked a one night stay, 2 weeks ahead at the San Dimas Location, having a friend's Memorial Service to attend. I am from out of town. 24 hours before check in, I received a text that my credit card was charged. Following the service, at about 5PM, I received another text that my king room was no longer available. Also, there were no more queens available. We tried calling Extended Stay several times, and were told that we still had a valid reservation, and the San Dimas location was not answering the phone. They suggested we drive to the location, which we did. We were greeted by "Maddie" at the desk who asked if I had received her text. I told her that I Had. She repeated that there were no more queens or kings available. I asked her "What good is having a reservation, when the room was given away." She repeated that she had no rooms available, and I told her that was crap!
I told her I would be complaining to both Extended Stay America, as well as Expedia through which I had made my reservation. I first had to go and find another hotel at 6PM on a Saturday night! In addition, the lobby was old, dirty, hot and musky. WORST TREATMENT EVER FROM ANY HOTEL CHAIN IN MY 68 YEARS!! I WANT A FULL REFUND!! THE CHAIN NEEDS TO FIRE MADDIE WHO WAS SNARKY & UNHELPFUL!! Also, WHAT GOOD IS A RESERVATION ON EXPEDIA??

Fridge was not plugged in when I entered the room with a half gallon of milk. I moved the fridge to plug it in. It was filthy under the fridge and it took a while for the fridge to cool down.

Room was not vacuumed when we got to our room. There werent any pillow cases on our pillows. On 2 thin sheets were on tbe bed. Went and got pillow cases and a blanket. There wasnt a smoke detector in our room looks to have been removed. Breakfast was just muffins or bars. Only coffee or tea.

A "worn out" property. The room furnishing showed A LOT of wear. Bathroom was not particularly clean with lots of damage on the walls. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dyer was available for use.

The only thing that was good was a nice lady that attended to my family ONE NIGHT. Other than that... floor was dirty in the room.. fridge was damaged and caused an injury to my daughter.. extremely noisey!! We had to mop the floor oursleves because our feet were black from the filth. Vending machines were out of order. No way to plug the bathtub to bathe my 16 month old.
All around bad experience. Will not ever book here again.

Room filthy, obviously housecleaning doesn't bother. Broken microwave, loose toilet seat, shaky towel rack. Child's dirty handprints, spit, and face prints all over the cabinets and window. Slow bathtub drain, some kind of funky stuff on the bed skirt. Woodwork and cabinets rotted out, cigarette stains on bathroom sink, ripped curtain and missing parts of the curtain rod.
I absolutely did not sleep at all for fear of bugs.
NO! ALTHOUGH THEY SAY THEY DO ON THEIR WEBSITE, THEY DO NOT SUPPLY DISHES AND UTENSILS IN THE KITCHENETTE, OR FREE BREAKFAST. The only reason i booked a two night stay here even though i know the area is because i needed a kitchen to cook for my husband after he gets off work, WE ARE NOT ON VACATION, and after paying full price AND a pet fee, i figured they would accomodate us professionally and fittingly.
Theres abviously two seperate parts to this hotel and they put me where I shouldn't be because of my dog, and there is no breakfast (what a joke, granola bars and packaged doughnuts).
The outside needs to be power washed so bad! Its disgusting.
This hotel rents to full time government assisted and hotel voucher residents. As a result they cut corners on expeditures like tv remotes (mine was broke and they had no extras) committed staff to rooms quality upkeep (broken microwave, ripped curtains, broken curtain rod, rickity towel rack, and time it takes to CLEAN thoroughly) you have to bring your used linens down to the front desk to get fresh.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They confirmed a reservation and even sent me a nice email saying they were looking forward to my arrival. They refused to honor my reservation and said they were full when I arrived. The counter clerk was rude and couldn't care less that I now had no place to stay. I will never spend another minute at this facility.

We stayed for 2 nights and check-in went smoothly. We checked our room and it had only 2 pillows and we wanted 2 additional and the young gentleman was able to get 2 more for us. The room did not have any toiletries provided. Room was clean and had a large fridge. It also had an elevator.

I booked online and when i got to the property for check in, receptionist stated they didn't have availability and that they were -6 rooms. We had to book a room elsewhere. It was very inconvenient to go through that.

The entire property exterior smelled like urine. I asked the hotel staff and they said it was because its pet friendly. The bed inside the room was old and sagging. Hotel staff said they would refund payment and haven't done anything. DO NOT STAY HERE
