The staff is warm and attentive. A text message is sent asking how chicken went and a few hours later if anything is required. Requested a room facing west and was in an east facing location. The odd numbers face west: Otherwise comfortable stay.

The hotel was one of the prettiest I've seen, but most definitely the noisiest I've stayed in including the Hampton brand. If it was not the hvac noises, then it was the exhaust/fan noises, cleaning crew, people talking loudly in the halls and elevators. You could hear almost everything! The mattress was way too firm for my aching bones, but overall the room was nice. I loved the decor and the kindness of the staff.

The hotel was one of the prettiest I've seen, but most definitely the noisiest I've stayed in including the Hampton brand. If it was not the hvac noises, then it was the exhaust/fan noises, cleaning crew, people talking loudly in the halls and elevators. You could hear almost everything! The mattress was way too firm for my aching bones, but overall the room was nice. I loved the decor and the kindness of the staff.

I had a difficult time from the day of the check-in. My wife was sick the day of, which is unpredictable by the way, and I wanted to physically speak to someone at Hotels.com to rectify the issue. That was apparently impossible because when dialing the 800 number you all provided, I was unable to get in contact with an actual person on the phone and was only able to speak to someone through the application. This person tried to help, but was unable to get us a full refund because of your policy. So my wife and I decided to take the trip even though she still was feeling ill. We get there and the hotel was misleading with the way it displayed it's hotel and room. The room did not feel like it was worth the price. We expressed this to the front desk and it wasn't until the front desk worker the day of spoke to their GM were we able to discuss and receive a full refund. I'm disappointed with Hotels.com's handling of this situation. You're like every other company trying to save a dollar outsourcing your customer service experience when that is what makes your company work. The people in the states and countries you work with and serve. Keep doing what you're doing Hotels and see how your profit margins shift to the red more frequently. P.S. Just tried to upload photos through the application to show how the quality of the restroom and bath tub appeared. The things that were the last straw for my wife and I.
