Not ever gonna stay here again. Smelly. No elevator. Gap under the door. Curtains would not shut. Just not a nice motel. Needs lots of updates.

Overall good stay. Building appeared old but clean inspite of carpeting. Felt safe and well lit. I requested King room which was on second floor and there is no elevator, so check ahead for ground floor if needed. First room AC didn’t work but staff was helpful to get us moved to another room even though it was late. Bed was comfortable and had a comfortable chair to relax. Shower had poor water pressure but probably because of old building. Breakfast limited. Overpriced I think but probably due to Labor Day weekend.

Nice room, appeared to have been remodeled in the last few years. Tub stopper was broken off and laying on the edge of the tub.

The guy who checked us in was very kind and did his job well. He was very helpful with picking a room for myself and my 3 young kids that would make it easy to bring our things in from the car and so that kiddos wouldn’t disturb the other guests. Seriously so helpful. It made my stay a lot less stressful than usual.
The AC in the room was good and the fridge worked well. The beds are on the firmer side if you like that as i do.
But otherwise the facility and rooms were run down and dirty. There were cockroaches in my room and some trash on the floor when we came in. The shower had grime and dirt all over it. The door didn't latch all the way, the drain plug was broken: There were crumbs in the sheets…etc.
Breakfast was just waffles, 2 cereals, and two bread options (mini muffins and bread) then juice and milk tea and coffee. No fresh items like fruit. It wasnt bad, just kinda disappointing.
Honestly, i would stay again. Just because I like to save money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

It smells. The floor of the room had not been vacuumed. A/C worked minimally. It was quiet, thankfully.

They claim to be pet friendly, but in the 12 hour or less we were there, they harassed me about my dog everytime they saw her. Woke up the first morning and reached for my drink to find it covered in ants. Pulled back my blankets to see ants crawling in the bed. Had to cause a scene to get my full deposit back.

It was a low cost option and for the price it was just fine. Water was hot, bed not so comfortable, breakfast was fine. All in all it was what we needed at a price we liked.

There was no elevator at the property so expect to carry your bags up flights of stairs. It was a little dirty and run down. Overall if you flying out or in from mci and just need somewhere to sleep this is ok then.

While the lady at the front desk was very nice, showed me the room, I should have paid more attention than I did after a 14 hour drive.
Window screens busted on several windows, safety bars visible everywhere. Not a good first impression which I told the front desk.
The room was dingy, the couch in the room had stains all over, enough where there was no way we’d use it.
The bed sheets looked like they bleached the heck out of some stains, enough to where they were see through. And unsure we put our own blankets on which we slept on.
Bathroom less than clean with dirt on the floor.
If you’re on the road with your biker buddies, it’s a maybe. If your on the road with your wife like me, pass it up. She won’t be happy.
